Private entryway + covered parking area. Stairs lead to the main floor: living, kitchen & dining areas, 1/2 bath, laundry. 2nd flight of stairs leads to the Master Bedroom (King)w/private deck & a 2nd bedroom (Queen). 2 bathrooms (2 showers/1 tub). The main floor deck overlooks the pool & cabanas, beach view on one side. Below the condo, enjoy the picnic table & charcoal grill/bring charcoal. No smoking inside, only underneath the condo. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the complex rules.

We are in the heart of Fort Morgan walking distance to Gulf Highlands beach (no thru traffic just a trail) planned this design for our love of Caribbean and The French Quarter. Fun on white sand beaches, fishing, boating, fresh seafood, fun local restaurants and bars....biking, historic fort, estuarium and bird sanctuary walking trails....take the ferry to Fort Morgan if you are feeling adventurous....The Island is 6 miles long so bike or golf cart ride to everywhere you want to go....I call Dauphin Island "the Happiest Place in Alabama"

The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

Loosie’s by the BEACH

Loosie's by the Beach is .3 miles to the beach, that is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. No need to drive, park or pay for the public beach. It is centrally located in the middle of the island, approximately equal distance to the other west end beaches and the east end ferry at Fort Gaines over to Fort Morgan. It is 1 of 4 units (furthest from the road), enjoy the quiet peaceful pines all around with a covered porch and shade to protect you from the sun all day. Come and enjoy!

Henry's House: A Cute Lil' Ol' Beach Shack

Henry's House is an adorable cottage that's a throwback to old-fashioned island houses, but it was built in 2017. It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.

Public beach access is 7-8 lots down either way from the house and they are usually not crowded.
