Beautiful space I was so happy that it was just steps away from the beach. The balcony area was great for dinner and breakfast just to relax, Pool was perfect also enough space to enjoy a relaxing sunny day.

Loved staying in this beautiful Airbnb. Anything we need we found inside this home. Being able to use the beach chairs was a plus. Home was clean and Clifton was very helpful and responsive. Have a view of the gulf course was great. We have a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Everything was close driving distance from the home.

Miranda's place was absolutely perfect . It was immaculate, well stocked, and cozy. The kitchen was like new with upgraded appliances and Google tablet for ambiance music . The comfy lush adjustable bed was delightful. The bathroom was spa like and had many extras even down to the salon shampoo. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening rocks on the porch . We had easy walk to Palafox Street and the Blue Wahoo baseball game. Miranda was always accessible and attentive . Highly Highy recommend

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Our stay at Christina’s beachside Airbnb was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated the space was. Christina was a wonderful hostess—so welcoming, thoughtful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. One of our favorite parts of the trip was fishing right from the private dock—it was such a peaceful and fun way to spend our evenings. The view of the water was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was ideal—close to the beach, great restaurants and shops, but still quiet and relaxing. We truly felt like we found a hidden gem. Thank you, Christina, for such a memorable stay. We’re already planning our next visit!

Location: the building is on the “sound side”, right next to the water. We didn’t swim there but went across the street to the untamed ocean. There’s one restaurant within walking distance, all others require driving or biking to. Place: very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There are some steep stairs to climb. Host: responsive and friendly. Overall: very very nice.

My husband and I came here with our 2 grown children, and their 2 young kids. We loved this condo, the surrounding beach, & the pool! We loved that it wasn't as crowded as the surrounding areas, but still had the beautiful, white sandy beach of the Panhandle/ Emerald Coast. We loved that the condo was very clean (& I'm very picky). It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, including more towels than needed, including beach towels. Sarah actually purchased extra beach chairs, so we would have enough for the 6 of us. We loved that it is a short drive to Opal Beach, Pensacola, & Fort Pickens. We enjoyed the stores and restaurants in Pensacola, but were happy to drive back to Navarre, where it was quieter. We will be back!

This place was absolutely perfect and looked exactly like the pictures! It was clean, private, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the kayaks – the kids had a blast paddling around, and the provided life jackets and cooler were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable, and we all rested well after long days of fun on the water. Being right on the harbor was such a cool experience, especially when we spotted dolphins swimming nearby – truly unforgettable! The atmosphere was peaceful, and we really appreciated the attention to detail in the home. It felt like a little hidden gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We’ll definitely be back and will absolutely be leaving a five-star review. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing escape!

We loved the house! It was in a great location, with easy access to the bridge to the beach. The nearby restaurant “NOLA” had amazing seafood. Perfect! The home was well stocked with bedding, dishes, and toilet items including towels. There are also shampoo/soap, hair dryers, lots more than I anticipated. As I am old, I would have loved the security of safety-type bars in the master shower. BYOBeach towels to be polite. (We did). Kitchen supplies are good, but we ate out. If you need a LOT of electrical outlets in bedrooms, you may want to bring a power strip. Oh, and they have filtered water! The swing on the front porch was a Godsend. Great for when family stopped by for a visit. Only real problem was the thermostat which kept resetting itself back its original settings every few hours. Warmer than we were used to due to humidity. Next trip? I hope the “Jewel” is available again. The price was within our budget. Our thanks to Oran and his crew for this visit. Dan & Deb +2

Absolutely fantastic house—We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The upscale furnishings and attention to details made this feel better than home, and the airiness of the space was refreshing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. If you are visiting someone at NAS (8 min) and want easy access to the white sands beach (30 min), look no further. Highly recommend!

James and Ashley were outstanding in their communication. I have stayed at some amazing places, James and Ashley set the bar to a whole new level. They have everything you need and more, everything is thought of for your convenience. This place was extremely clean, with a big swimming pool and nicely fenced in backyard. Quick access to groceries. Easy in and out.

You will not find a more peaceful, beautiful setting with your own private beach - The property is gorgeous!

The most thoughtful and accommodating stay! From plentiful coffee pods to any beach accessory you can think of (towels, boogie boards, etc…) waiting for you in the garage, this home is great. They even had dog beds. The backyard may have been the best part - incredibly peaceful and great shade coverage with all of the large trees. Just a few minutes from the beach as well!

This house was a great place to stay for our beach wedding - the location was so easy to get to and the neighborhood is gorgeous. The amenities in the house were spot on for what we needed and the spaces were comfortable and clean! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area - the host was super helpful and communicative!

Yuriy was a great host and quickly responds. Home is located in a peacefull, quiet location on the water/bayou. Home equipped well with all the towels, bedding, dishes, etc. Even chairs, boogy boards, and sand castle building buckets for the beach. Back patio is such a nice place to relax and enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay here and will return again if we find ourselves in the area. Thanks for having us!

David was very responsive to us, the place was great! Just like the pictures. We enjoyed every aspect ranging from 7 years old to 63 years old. We loved the amenities like pickleball and loved being so close to the beach.

Our family of five enjoyed staying at this condo! What we loved: There are only 81 condos at Phoenix 8 which means quick elevators and less people! We played tennis every day! We watched dolphins in the early morning off of our balcony. Great view and easy beach access. Ike’s beach service was great! We loved the comfy condo to come back to after playing in the sun. We really enjoyed the bay view also on the opposite side as we got in the elevators every morning. It sure was beautiful to see the sun rise over the bay as well. This condo was very nicely updated. We have stayed in other Phoenix condos and really enjoyed this visit best! It would be nice to know the softness of the beds when booking. Everyone likes something different. The master bed is a firm bed. We would book again!

Had a great stay! Beautifully decorated condo at a gorgeous beachside location. The on site restaurants were delicious and it even had a Starbucks!

Dear Caribe Resort (and charming Dustin), We’re in love. Your 3-bed, 3-bath condo stole our hearts—so spacious, so close to the elevators, and that assigned parking spot? A dream. The pools (yes, three!) were always clean and refreshing, and even your poolside bathrooms were immaculate—who does that?! The mini golf course just off the balcony brought endless entertainment, and the AC was strong—like our feelings for this place. And Dustin, our vacation knight, was always quick to help when needed. You gave us rest, fun, and minor jealousy that we don’t live here full time. We’d return in a heartbeat. Forever fond, Your Vacation Soulmates ❤️
