We had a wonderful stay! Had a hiccup with the ac and they were super quick to get it resolved. House was amazing, location was great! Close to the beach and restaurants. All the beach gear was amazing and the bikes were used daily by our adult children. Lovely place and hosts!!!!

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Nancy and her home! The home was exactly as described. Very clean, not cluttered! Nancy left detailed instructions as well as a long list of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. She also let us know about the flags on the beach and what to watch for with rip tides. Very kind of her to be concerned about our well being. The home had everything we needed and then some! From laundry detergent to paper plates and more! Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were so comfortable! We loved our stay here and would come back if we ever visit the area again!

Family of 4 plus one small pup all enjoyed a wonderful staycation with a beautiful pool, yard, house, and location. Beautiful space with lots of lights. Very clean, easy to location, host communicated very quick, and would be willing to stay again in the future. It was a very nice stay, Very close to everything. The fish market (joe pattie's), The Museums, Grocery store, and a short drive to the beach. The children loved being able to have their own rooms and watch TV in the evenings. Also being able to get our laundry done and bring back clean clothing was awesome! This place was amazing for my trip with my best friends and kids .. they had all the amenities we needed for our 1 year old baby we had . It was amazing clean, everything was perfect . We def would recommend it .

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

the house is beautiful and roomy and well stocked.our teenaged kids really loved the swimming pool.the house is in an ideal location only 5 minute drive to beautiful Navarre beach. there are plenty of stores and grocery stores such as Publix nearby. our host James was very responsive and responded to our questions immediately.we would love to stay here again in near future.

Great place; very beautiful. Loved the screened in porch with a beautiful view of Florida’s natural surroundings . Four deer 🦌 came to visit in the back of home- amazing. Too Quick a trip to celebrate daughter’s graduation. We will definitely be back. It was a great location for us. First time we were able to take our golden retriever on vacation . We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

Comfy and fun! The pool was my favorite part! Plenty of essentials were provided, there were no bugs inside, and the location is just about perfect. A few things to mention, I wasn't able to close one of the bathroom doors, the door/doorway might be expanded from humidity or something, so it just could not close. The other bathroom toilet is a bit tricky to flush, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to flush it, so I just used the other bathroom!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

We had a great time staying at this tiny home! The home was clean and just as cute in person as it is in the photos, and the outdoor shower is super fun and convenient after a beach day. We were greeted by someone who didn’t appear to be Felix when we arrived. He never told us his name or his affiliation with the air bnb. Construction made it difficult to access the path to the home. He was helpful, although we were a bit concerned initially as we weren’t expecting to see anyone other than maybe the host. However, this was not a big deal and did not negatively impact our stay. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

There is a reason Kristal at Cobb’s Cove is a “Super host”! What a wonderful home, beautiful location, peaceful surrounding right on Santa Rosa Sound! Super clean with everything we need for an amazing get away! Kristal made sure we were taken care of and kept in contact with us! Our entire family and pups fit right in!! We enjoyed the dock at sunrise and sunset and rode the kayaks, drank wine on the large deck overlooking the Sound and watch all the wildlife! Leaving was hard!!!! It’s paradise❤️

This beautiful little place was just what we needed. We were visiting a relative in assisted living nearby, yet wanted a place to retreat to at the end of the day, close to restaurants and the beaches for our down time. Our host provided everything we needed and more: comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, and lots of extras such as nice bathroom toiletries, snacks, Keurig pods, sunglasses and suntan lotion, restaurant suggestions, beach chairs, a hose for rinsing off the sand..... We really had everything we needed and then some! We were within easy walking distance to a number of good restaurants, and easy road access to the rest of Pensacola. Quiet neighborhood for walks, no dogs barking, etc.

Great price for the space. Good location. We booked last minute for Hurricane Milton evacuation. Very clear instructions.

This house was perfect for us! We go to Gulf Breeze to visit my mother and brother. Perfect spot not too far from mom's, restaurants, anything! Our puppy had a blast in the backyard and we felt he was safely enclosed! Fantastic home home for a fabulous price! We will definitely book again!

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.
