such an amazing cute quaint and perfect for just one of 2 people. I was on a work trip. And found this amazing cottage house. And I am soooo glad I did will definitely stay again. Very quiet. comfortable and felt right at home.

The place and stay were excellent! The only thoughts I have is that in the bathroom the stucco is coming off the ceiling, but the bnb is amazing!

This was a wonderful place to spend our spring break! Everything was clean, the decor beautiful, and the beds so comfy. I loved how quiet the neighbors were, and the location was perfect for heading to the beach or into Pensacola to visit colleges with our teen. No problems, great communication. Would 100% stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It's located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was perfect for relaxing. The pool was absolutely amazing — clean, well-maintained, and great for both kids and adults. The house had everything we needed, and overall, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Exactly as described! Very clean and a very welcoming host. Close to many things and easy to locate. Standout feature was truly Josh himself… he was timely, helpful and very thoughtful!

Up front, I'll admit this was the most expensive place we've stayed on our trips to Pensacola. That said, we've stayed at several Air B&B's in the area and have had our ups and downs over the years, but this spot was hands-down the best we've had, and I think we were spoiled by it. The price ended up being very much worth it. The location was ideal, right down the strip from the Fort Pickens entrance. Being able to wake up and drink coffee on the balcony while watching the waves come in was beyond relaxing. Morning and evening walks on the beach without the hassle of driving was a breeze. My kid loved the hot tub and pool too. The building felt safe; I even met the security guard patrolling at night more than once. I could go on but suffice it to say that this trip ended up being probably the most relaxing trip we've taken to Pensacola, and I think Kathy's place played a large part in that. I can't recommend it enough. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay at April’s place! Super adorable & in a convenient location to drive to downtown Pensacola & get to the beach. April even let me check in a few hours early which was AMAZING since I was driving and got there earlier than anticipated. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again :)

Miranda's place was absolutely perfect . It was immaculate, well stocked, and cozy. The kitchen was like new with upgraded appliances and Google tablet for ambiance music . The comfy lush adjustable bed was delightful. The bathroom was spa like and had many extras even down to the salon shampoo. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening rocks on the porch . We had easy walk to Palafox Street and the Blue Wahoo baseball game. Miranda was always accessible and attentive . Highly Highy recommend

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times now and will not stay anywhere else in Pensacola. Stephen is always friendly and responsive and has great recommendations if needed.

Funny enough we only stumbled upon this after our original Airbnb cancelled at another location due to urgent plumbing issues (and this happened to also be the only week available coincidentally, at Gina’s). We are so happy that ended up leading us to Gina’s retreat! We will most definitely return and book here. It was a perfect location and accurately described. We even decided to extend our trip a day just a few days before we were arriving. If you’re debating on booking, do it!!!🙂

My stay was awesome, very affordable, close to Pensacola Beach, lots of restaurants ect.

My family and I truly adored this 1908 historic Spanish Colonial style home. The detail that has gone into this AirBNB is off the charts. Never have I spent so much time at a rental looking at all of the little details placed throughout the interior of this lovely home. There is so much character in the architecture in these types of old builds. My wife and love them. The Naval Aviation inspired memorabilia, art, and books that was strategically placed in all the right places, meant a good bit extra to me since I was prior Navy myself. This was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. It is also within walking distance to good restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops.

Very nice little place to stay for my wife and me. It was really close to the beach while being far enough away from any hustle and hustle of the day. The rooms were private and well taken care of.

This place was fantastic! The condo was peaceful. The location was great, you’re directly on the beach and minutes from a lot of restaurants. A short walk from Flora-Bama. There’s a Publix nearby if you want to stock up on groceries. The property was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. We had our 4 year old son, and was excited to have his own room. Lisa was very responsive, and made sure we had everything set prior to our arrival. This property has everything you’d want for a trip to The Gulf. Next time we plan to head down, we are booking here!

Excellent place. Just big enough for a couple of people who are staying together but want their own space. It was spotless, very clean, and I'm very picky about such things. Everything one would need to be comfortable and entertained when not out doing whatever you're in town to do. Loved it and would definitely recommend and stay there again.

By far, this was one of the BEST and great times that we have had in any Airbnb thus far.. I will definitely be staying here again. The host were absolutely fantastic very nice and always responsive to all of our needs. Brian and his wife went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy comfortable and enjoyed our little mini Vacay I would recommend this 10/10

Wow!! Just book it. Celebrated my 30th birthday & got engaged!! Woohoo! This has been by far my favorite place I’ve ever stayed! Beth has a beautiful condo! We will definitely be back next year.

We’ve been coming to Orange Beach for over 20 years and always stay at Windward Pointe, but this was our first time in Diane’s unit and it was by far the best experience we’ve had! Not only did the condo have everything we needed, it had so much more. For the first time ever, I didn’t feel the need to bring a lot from home. There’s a closet stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, floats,even a little pool we brought for our grandbaby, which we left for the next guests to enjoy. The condo was also well-supplied with essentials: laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a cabinet full of seasonings and non-perishable items. There was even another closet with beach towels, sunscreen, and a first aid kit. It’s the first time we’ve stayed somewhere that keeps helpful items left by previous guests for the next ones,such a thoughtful and practical touch. We will definitely be booking Unit 1201 again next time. Thank you, Diane, for making our stay so comfortable.

Stayed in this paradise and was clean, nice views, and an overall great experience! Would recommend staying here has multiple pools as well !! Also has beach access and would recommend the lazy river ! The room has a mini outdoor patio with a stunning view.

This is the same floor plan we’ve stated in before, but this one had upgraded furniture and appliances. The hostess was awesome! She responded quickly. Thanks for making our yearly vacation special!

Allison’s condo was beautifully decorated with good amenities. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, quick walks to the beach and a nice pool. She was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend :)
