Cliff’s place was perfect! We were there to watch our son compete in a college golf tournament. His place is right on the golf course. Check in was a breeze! He was very accommodating with anything we needed. Best host ever!

Communication with Sarah was excellent, which made everything else go smoothly. Check-in was effortless, and the place was spotless. There were plenty of towels, which is always a nice bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic spot for a family stay.

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Location: the building is on the “sound side”, right next to the water. We didn’t swim there but went across the street to the untamed ocean. There’s one restaurant within walking distance, all others require driving or biking to. Place: very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There are some steep stairs to climb. Host: responsive and friendly. Overall: very very nice.

We loved the house! It was in a great location, with easy access to the bridge to the beach. The nearby restaurant “NOLA” had amazing seafood. Perfect! The home was well stocked with bedding, dishes, and toilet items including towels. There are also shampoo/soap, hair dryers, lots more than I anticipated. As I am old, I would have loved the security of safety-type bars in the master shower. BYOBeach towels to be polite. (We did). Kitchen supplies are good, but we ate out. If you need a LOT of electrical outlets in bedrooms, you may want to bring a power strip. Oh, and they have filtered water! The swing on the front porch was a Godsend. Great for when family stopped by for a visit. Only real problem was the thermostat which kept resetting itself back its original settings every few hours. Warmer than we were used to due to humidity. Next trip? I hope the “Jewel” is available again. The price was within our budget. Our thanks to Oran and his crew for this visit. Dan & Deb +2

Absolutely fantastic house—We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The upscale furnishings and attention to details made this feel better than home, and the airiness of the space was refreshing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. If you are visiting someone at NAS (8 min) and want easy access to the white sands beach (30 min), look no further. Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent from the beginning to the end! Alex was very responsive and responds very quickly! Alex even went out of his way to help me with suggestions on places for me and my family to go while visiting! I sent over a shoe itinerary for us! I am beyond pleased and happy with my entire family from beginning to end! No complaints at all!

The most thoughtful and accommodating stay! From plentiful coffee pods to any beach accessory you can think of (towels, boogie boards, etc…) waiting for you in the garage, this home is great. They even had dog beds. The backyard may have been the best part - incredibly peaceful and great shade coverage with all of the large trees. Just a few minutes from the beach as well!

Beautiful, comfortable and neatly decorated house in a safe neighborhood. Our family of 7 plus 2 friends were enjoyed our stay; I cooked several meals and found plenty of cookware. Dishes and glasses are beautiful. House is centrally located and easy accessible to everything we needed to do in Pensacola. Beach is 20 minutes to the beach and the roads are great.

The house was great! Everything we were looking for and in the absolute best neighborhood in Pensacola. So lucky it was available on short notice.

I will be staying here again. I literally have relatives who live a few doors down. I remember when these homes were built and have always felt at home in that area. We now live elsewhere, but came in town for Thanksgiving and hosted family here in this home. it was perfect for our gathering.

This property was just what we needed for our trip to visit family in Pensacola. It was conveniently located…close to downtown and close to my parents in west Pensacola. The neighborhood was lovely…lots of pretty homes…walkable streets. The house was well-appointed and cared for. The home had beautiful hard wood floors and lots of neat sitting areas to read or visit with family. The movie room was a unique feature that my son enjoyed very much. I would definitely recommend this to friends traveling to Pensacola.

Thomas was extremely helpful. We were able to come into Pensacola a day early so we txt Thomas to see if the unit was available. He replied quickly and even though it was empty, it had not been scheduled for cleaning. He worked some magic and had it ready for us to arrive early. The arrangements were all taken care of when I checked in, with no problems or confusion. The unit exceeded our expectations. The view was perfect for the Blues. The staff at the resort was friendly and helpful. Everyone was very accommodating. We also checked out a day later than originally reserved, and again, Thomas and the front desk staff made it seamless. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo, excellent location with great views of the ocean (and dolphins!). Hot tubs were hot and so was the one pool. Host was very responsive before, during and after our stay. Beds were extremely comfy.

The favorite part of our stay were the beautiful vistas visible from every room in the home. From sunsets over the bay to a rainbow over the gulf, the views were unmatched. Naseem’s home was decorated beautifully and felt like the perfect amount of space for our two families with small children. Beds were comfortable and the space was immaculate upon arrival. Naseem was also extremely responsive with communication from the first day of booking all the way through checkout. Our friends agreed that this is the nicest place in which we’ve stayed. We would definitely come back.
