Apartment in Tulipa Guesthouse Simrishamn, Österlen

In the small village of Simris about 3 km from Simrishamns train station and about 2.5-3.5 km from the sea is Tulipa Guesthouse. You live in your own apartment with your own entrance. There are two bedrooms kitchen and bathroom in the apartment. In the center of Simrishamn and the small villages around there are many restaurants with good food and if you want to cook your own food, there is an equipped kitchen in the apartment. The sea with the nice beaches and beautiful landscape with picturesque little villages makes Österlen one of Sweden's most beloved destinations.

Our little fine retreat in Hasle Feriepark😊 Hasle Feriepark has a very special vibe all over it, no matter the season - there is a lovely pool, a brand new bouncy pillow , mini golf and a kiosk that is open during the summer months. The rest of the year there is a relatively new playground, walking distance to the beach, the “moon landscape” of Hasle, the smokehouse, the forest with Rubin Lake and close by there are shopping opportunities. And the icing on the cake; Hasle has the island's most beautiful sunsets ☀️ The house is smoke and animal-free.🤩

Enjoy a relaxed holiday with good opportunities for long walks, cycling, golf and swimming in our beautiful forest lake, Tværmyr. Apartment 3 is 80m2 with three bedrooms, private bath and kitchen-living room. The apartment is newly renovated in Nordic style with wicker furniture, hearing blankets and exposed beams. Enjoy your meals outdoors at your own picnic table, by the fire, or in our new orangery with a fireplace. Linen is not included but can be rented. Dog is allowed. Birkelund has its own charging stations for electric cars.

The host couple prioritize an environmentally friendly lifestyle with animals around, here you will meet dog, cat, chickens and ducks freely on the grounds. 500 meters to beach, 1 km to shopping, cozy atmosphere in the town around the harbor, with bar, restaurant, music, stalls with sale of delicious ice cream, clothes, snack and sleepers. The house of the times

Our apartment is quiet and peaceful in a vibrant village. Within 20 km radius, for example, you reach Kivik and Stenshuvud, Glimmingehus, Simrishamn and Tomelilla. Equally close is to wonderful beaches, amazing scenery, museums, galleries and farm shops. A little further away is Kåseberga with Ale stenar and Ystad. Business in Simrishamn and Gärsnäs and an ATM store in the village. Bus connection to Simrishamn in one direction and Tomelilla and Lund in the other direction. 30 minutes by car to Ystad.

Nice and modern apartment on the ground floor.

Centrally located by the city center near the forest and beach. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi (not quite stable) , TV, dishwasher and dryer. There is the possibility of borrowing a cot and high chair. Bed linen/towels are NOT included in the price, but it can be rented. Cleaning is not included, this can be purchased or done yourself (see other place under house manual). You can rent bedcover and towels. There is no cleaning incl. At Gyldensgaard, between forest, creek and fields, you live well and at reasonable prices. In our 10,000 m2 park-like garden, you will always find a corner where you can retreat and relax, while the children play in the landscape around the Gyldens Creek and the forest. Gyldensgård is located on a hilly ground and our apartments are therefore not suitable for people with difficulty and wheelchairs.

Farm holiday. The holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of our living room house. The apartment has a private entrance, a kitchen and a bathroom.
