I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Tony was an excellent host. He was communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend booking the house.

After 10 years of living in São Paulo, our family spent our final week at Mary’s place — and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our time here. Her home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, making us feel completely at ease, just like being in our own home. The bedding was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the large washer and dryer were incredibly convenient. We also loved being within walking distance of great restaurants and bakeries, and getting around the city by Uber was quick and easy. All in all, it was a far more comfortable experience than staying at a hotel, and we’re truly grateful to have found such a wonderful place to spend our last week. Thanks to this lovely stay, we leave São Paulo with warm and lasting memories.

I've stayed in several apartments in the same building and this space is by far the best I've ever stayed in. Everything is very clean, the bed is excellent, the spaces are well distributed and the apartment is very cool and airy. The host was very helpful and flexible. The building is a few meters from Beneficência Portuguesa and Shopping Paulista. I recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is super well maintained, clean and has everything that is advertised. Sandra's support is spectacular, they do everything to make sure the guest has the best possible stay. I particularly became a fan of all the details of the apartment!

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

All impeccable! The space is exactly as described in the listing and true to the photos — wide, clean and very well organized. It has virtually all the amenities expected in a house, providing a comfortable and practical stay. The communication with the hostess was clear and agile from start to finish, and reception at the concierge was extremely cordial. Undoubtedly, a very worthwhile hosting!

Quiet place, very cozy and very quiet; I felt at home. There is a snack bar right on the corner, which helps a lot so you don't have to walk far to buy food. Everything was very clean and organized, congratulations to the hosts.

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The garage spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent cars from being parked side by side, avoiding unwanted doors. The underground market is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

My stay was simply perfect! The place is exactly like in the pictures. The location is excellent, with easy access to the market, shopping and just a few meters from Allianz Park. Altino was an amazing host, very attentive and available to help. I highly recommend and hope to return soon!
