The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time very easy. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 am and had to wait until 2 pm to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

Lucia was extremely kind, hospitable and flexible, responded very quickly to all inquiries, and facilitated a very early check-in due to my flight schedules. We stayed a week in Geane's apartment and everything was very good! Geane is super solicitous and was readily available to help me with what I needed. The apartment was very fragrant, organized and efficient. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of cabinets, excellent mattress and pillows. Excellent location. I recommend it!

Very interesting accommodation for those looking for the center and using UBER, but the neighborhood's security is lacking. The structure of the building compensates for this part by having a concierge and several amenities in the building

Fábio's apartment is very well located, very close to the subway, and easily accessible on foot to several points in the city center. Everything was very clean. The mattress is a firmer type, so for those who prefer softer beds, it may not be as comfortable. The accommodation in general is very good, I would stay again and highly recommend it.

Excellent place to stay in the center of SP, a place exactly as described, it is very clean and fragrant, not to mention that we were still greeted with a treat from the Hosts who are very kind and proactive. I'll definitely stay there again. And he was super flexible in terms of time to enter a little earlier than agreed, the only detail is not to be too flexible at night around the place due to some homeless people and etc. But other than that, the place lives up to the description and is perfect to stay, and one of the cool things is that he leaves a notebook with tips on places to go in a very easy and relaxed way, the bed and shower are also perfect, we love every detail of the apartment and the experience was amazing, but thank you once again Piero.

the location is great , the chekin was very fast , but the parking logistics I didn't think it was cool , they are spaces shared at any time you have to go down to get the car out.
