My stay at Izi's apartment was great, clean, cozy apartment without counting the beautiful sea view. Everything perfect , super organized. I intend to go back again and again.

Great location, apartment met all our expectations. It has a small opening to the sea and at night you can hear the waves. Since my stay was out of season, the building is quiet. On another trip, I would certainly choose this accommodation again.

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

I was recently staying in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we have been greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the ocean. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent BBQ area, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unparalleled! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. Also, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleaning**: The loft was pristinely clean and very well taken care of.

It was a good experience, as it was my first time renting through the app, I was a little suspicious, I was only calm when I entered the apartment. the apartment is excellent, Michel answers all our questions and is always willing to help. the apartment is close to the beach, excellent, the agent arrives at the apartment and it is already clean for us to receive. my husband, my sister and I love the place, I will return more often.

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to enter before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that it is about safety. Would recommend to others.

The apartment is great for a stay on this quiet Guarapari beach. The description and photos show everything of the apartment. We went in 4 people and we were very comfortable in the place. The kitchen is well equipped I try the vast majority of the necessary utensils (it did not have an Airfryer, but this did not hinder our plans). Otherwise, everything is great and useful. The rooms are of good size and the living room is very spacious. It has internet and SmartTV as well as a wonderful view. The check-in and check-out took place quietly. The gatekeepers of the buildings are gentle and helpful. I recommend to everyone the apartment and the beaches that are close to it.

Once again in this incredible place, and the experience was, again, wonderful! It was the third time and what I love most is the sensational view! Staying at Karla’s place has been nothing short of amazing. For starters, she was very proactive to help us do our check in despite us arriving much later than planned. And during our stay, she was extremely kind and responsive whenever we needed help. The little dependence where we stayed was perfect to have privacy and a peaceful stay while enjoying the beach nearby during the semana santa. We even ended up extending our stay!

Our stay in this apartment was great! The space was spacious, decorated with a lot of style for a perfect vacation. The location is privileged, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry and others. In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the apartment were impeccable. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort and practicality during their vacation! And the pool and hot tub are a show in themselves.

The place is wonderful! Beautiful as in the photos, great location and we were greeted by the host's uncle who is very friendly(that kind of person you want to befriend). The host responded quickly, always demonstrating promptness and proactivity. It was worth every penny paid! The only bad thing was having to leave…

Impeccable accommodation! The penthouse is even more beautiful than in the photos — spacious, super well decorated, with new and tasteful furniture in every room. The view is simply incredible, you can enjoy both the indoor area and the balcony. The leisure area is a show in itself: a delicious jacuzzi, a super cozy sauna and a barbecue with a brewery in the outdoor area that made everything even more complete. Perfect for enjoying good times with friends or family. The kitchen is super equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing, and the laundry was super useful during the stay. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, ensuring quiet nights as if we were at home. And the location couldn't be better — close to everything and in a quiet area. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

Luciano is a very polite host, the apartment was impeccable, fragrant, I didn't want to leave at any time. One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. If I go back to Guarapari, I'll definitely stay there again.

Nossa, one of the best weekends at Peracanga Beach! From the first contact with Marcus, I realized it would be perfect. In most locations you are limited by Check-in and check-out times. As I would arrive very early on Saturday and leave at the end of Sunday, I asked if we could have flexibility at these times and I was served exactly as I wanted. Upon arrival, I made contact with Rose who was impeccable in sympathy and simplicity. Super friendly porterers treating you as a resident. Gente, and the best, is just across the street and sit on the beach🏖️. My children loved the freedom to come and go. The impeccable, gorgeous and fondly prepared apartment. Super recommend and we will definitely be back soon.
