Everything is wonderful! I'm in love with everything! We were very well received and had an amazing weekend. We take care of the house in the same way that we were cared for. We love responsiveness. Very well organized house, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The only thing that was lacking was that the house has a very strong mold, the house is very humid and the bedding smells like mold, other than that Christian was very attentive. If it doesn't smell like mold, I'll come back more often

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Large and comfortable bathrooms, with hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which greatly facilitated our tours. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

We loved staying at Phelipe's house. We went with our Golden Retriever and were very well received. We will return at other times.

The Gilmara space is amazing, amid many trees, filled with nature,a peace! Gilmara was extremely kind, we traveled with a family carrying a small child and a dog and there was no one who said that she was not at will, she received us with great affection, hinted from a taxi driver who picked us up at the airport! It was really sensational, this family trip was for the purpose of going to a wedding, the Gilmara space is close to some ceremonials, but we all leave with the feeling of wanting more! Thanks Gilmara ❤️

We love hosting! The apartment is comfortable, very functional and is in a wonderful condominium. Marisa was super gentle, relaxed check-in and checkout, and communicated with us promptly. We will certainly return at other times.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

The cottage is charming, it has everything you need, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, among others. It is in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops in general. With great beaches nearby, such as Bacutia, Peracanga, which are very quiet and family-friendly. (There are many others also easily accessible by car or even on foot). The condominium is very beautiful and has several options for leisure. All very organized and clean. Bruno was always attentive and proactive, he answered us quickly… he gave us all the necessary coordinates to the location. We loved it, too bad we stayed 7 days and only enjoyed two days of sunshine. It rained a lot and the weather didn't help us much at the time we went. However, we highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure!

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

I found the property to be immaculately clean and organized, exactly as described in the photos. The apartment really has a view of the sea and, by the way, a simply ma-ra-vi-lho-sa view. The host is very attentive. When the cooking gas ran out, Matheus arranged for the exchange immediately. The apartment has a steam iron. I found some treats that were coffee and refined sugar and even a Melita paper filter with a strainer and coffee maker. I also won the personal hygiene kit with shampoo, conditioner and soap that I took as a souvenir. The apartment has an electronic lock with a password, and inside we can add another lock to sleep peacefully with the certainty that no one will be able to open the door. Everything was very tasteful and clean. I have nothing to complain about. May God multiply and prosper Matheus. Amen.

Perfect apartment, just like in the photos, great location and great structure, we only had the misfortune with the Wi-Fi that was not working well, making it impossible to use, which was needed on rainy days.

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to enter before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that it is about safety. Would recommend to others.
