Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Guarapari

Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

Very well organized house, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The only thing that was lacking was that the house has a very strong mold, the house is very humid and the bedding smells like mold, other than that Christian was very attentive. If it doesn't smell like mold, I'll come back more often

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Large and comfortable bathrooms, with hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which greatly facilitated our tours. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

Great experience. Home very comfortable and well resolved. Stand in the sand and swimming pool with hydro a luxury. Perfect place for children, which always stood in plain sight.

The Gilmara space is amazing, amid many trees, filled with nature,a peace! Gilmara was extremely kind, we traveled with a family carrying a small child and a dog and there was no one who said that she was not at will, she received us with great affection, hinted from a taxi driver who picked us up at the airport! It was really sensational, this family trip was for the purpose of going to a wedding, the Gilmara space is close to some ceremonials, but we all leave with the feeling of wanting more! I had the pleasure of staying in this charming house and would like to share my experience. The communication was excellent, which made me comfortable throughout the stay. The location of the house is simply perfect. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was a real home away from home. It was impeccably clean and well decorated, with a welcoming feel that made all the difference. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great rest after busy days. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Congratulations Cris, and thank you for everything!

Great apartment, very well equipped and clean. It even has a children's kit (dish, cutlery and plastic cup) in the kitchen which helped a lot with my little son. The building is located at the beginning of the beach where there is less movement on the beach, but close to the restaurants and bars. Because it is the seventh floor, the apartment is quiet and great to rest. The view is breathtaking. Arthur was very polite and flexible about our check-in when he said we would arrive early. Guarapari was surprised by the cleaning and renovation of the waterfront, no doubt we will come back more often.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just one observation, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. We will not only return, but we recommend it!

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. I found the property to be immaculately clean and organized, exactly as described in the photos. The apartment really has a view of the sea and, by the way, a simply ma-ra-vi-lho-sa view. The host is very attentive. When the cooking gas ran out, Matheus arranged for the exchange immediately. The apartment has a steam iron. I found some treats that were coffee and refined sugar and even a Melita paper filter with a strainer and coffee maker. I also won the personal hygiene kit with shampoo, conditioner and soap that I took as a souvenir. The apartment has an electronic lock with a password, and inside we can add another lock to sleep peacefully with the certainty that no one will be able to open the door. Everything was very tasteful and clean. I have nothing to complain about. May God multiply and prosper Matheus. Amen.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

We love hosting! The apartment is comfortable, very functional and is in a wonderful condominium. Marisa was super gentle, relaxed check-in and checkout, and communicated with us promptly. We will certainly return at other times.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
