Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marinella avec nos 2 enfants en bas age. L’appartement est très au calme. On entend seulement les cigales chanter. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir. Et la climatisation est un vrai plus quand il fait très chaud comme en juillet. Marinella est très sympathique: elle nous a offert un gâteau à notre arrivée et des œufs lors de notre séjour. Elle était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des recommandations. Je recommande fortement ce logement

Our stay exceeds our expectations. It should be scored 6 out of 5. Unbelievable place and host. Close to most of the Tuscany spots of sight seen and calm in the same time. It looks better than on photos. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the calm and relax from rush, go ahead. Strongly recommend

Bellissima villa immersa nel verde con 4 appartamentini arredati con gusto . Giardino ben tenuto con spazi comuni organizzati , la piscina sempre pulita a disposizione 24ore su 24, con acqua sempre intorno ai 30 gradi, il tutto incorniciato da colline e piccoli borghi che sembrano dipinti. Un luogo fantastico per ricaricarsi. Appena arrivati mancavano un paio di cose per noi importanti che pensavamo di trovare , Christiane ha provveduto subito. Un grazie a lei e alla figlia Lara gentilissima e presente. Dimenticavo, anche le varie cittadine umbre li intono sono comode da raggiungere e negozi alimentari e ottimi ristoranti a qualche minuto di auto. Davvero un’esperienza indimenticabile, da rifare e consigliare

Luca's place is very convenient to the train station and Chiusi. The apartment is clean and full of amenities. The bed is on the hard side and perfect for sleeping. I would stay there again.

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

Om het complex ligt een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Ons terras bij het appartement had een heel mooi uitzicht over de vallei. Het appartement is schoon en leuk ingericht. We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad.

Il posto e' un sogno, tranquillo, la vista intorno alla casa e' spettacolare. Senza poi parlare dei posti d'intorno, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, tutta la val d'Orcia, sembra che il tempo si sia fermato, l'Umbria e' anche vicina. Il giardino e' molto bello, la piscina grande e ben tenuta. Luca e' molto gentile e d'aiuto, ci ha dato buoni consigli, il WIFI funziona benissimo.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent location, very spacious well furnished house - bigger than we expected. Nice outdoor area around the house, perfect for kids to play. Hosts live next door (the house is split in two) so very responsive and accommodated our requests quickly. We had a nice present of a small olive oil bottle on the arrival, which was very kind, however we were a bit surprised that lots of basic necessities such as a sponge/dishwasher or washing machine capsules were missing. The host provided them upon request but we had to ask every time, it would have been nice to have staples like teabags stocked. If you’re arriving late in the evening, like we did, be sure to buy food on the way as there is no shop in the village. Overall we had a great experience and the area is very beautiful.

Im Mai 2025 haben wir eine Woche bei Federica verbracht - es war eine wunderschöne Zeit Die Wohnung ist geräumig, top sauber und in Wirklichkeit schöner, als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die große Terrasse, wo man direkt auf den schönen Olivengarten blickt. Eine ruhige Umgebung, die Lage aber perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. 15 Autominuten nach Perugia - aber Umbrien ist nicht nur Perugia: Assisi- einfach ein Muss, dann auch z.B. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello u.v.m. Fantastische Architektur, Kirchen, Paläste, Museen mit unzähligen Meisterwerken von Künstlern, von den man sonst nur in den Büchern oder Katalogen lesen kann. Unsere Gastgeberin- Federica ist eine außergewöhnlich freundliche, nette und hilfsbereite Person, sie hat uns viele interessante Tipps gegeben, die unseren Urlaub sehr bereichert haben. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert- man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause- wir würden jederzeit gerne zurückkommen. Unsere Bewertung 5 Sterne + Liebe Grüße von Joanna und Bogdan.

You will not regret your stay! From the moment we were greeted by Elisa’s father on arrival we felt welcomed. The accomodation exceeded our expectations with absolutely everything that you would need with the bonus of being able to access to the amazing pool. It is only a short walk down to the city centre. To top this all off, the hosts are extremely generous and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We will look at returning one day!

Silvia’s house is modern and new. Spotlessly clean and very large. All Bedrooms have large beds, tons of space and lots of storage. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. They are super responsive and quick as well. We ran into a couple of problems but they immediately responded to resolve the concern. I would highly recommend and love to return in the future. Great space for a large group or family.

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

A fantastic little gem that we hired out both houses for new year. Lovely and peaceful with Elwin and his wife being fantastic and could not be more accommodating. The small touches around the apartment to the friendly welcome make this property stand out, along with the character and cosy nature. We will certainly recommend this place to friends visiting the area.

Fantastic stay for 2 weeks. The apartment was exactly as described and as in the pictures. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you would ever need. The bed was very comfortable and showers had good hot water and great pressure. The location was excellent for getting around the town, yet situated in a very quiet area. The free parking spot was an outstanding bonus. Isabelle and her co host Claudia communicated very well with us and fast. Claudia who greeted us was very informative and supplied valuable information. Claudia even reached out during our stay to make sure all was okay, which it was. Claudia was very gracious and patient to meet us at the parking spot and take us to the apartment. Check in and out went very smoothly thanks to the hosts. It was an excellent stay and would be our first choice for a return visit. Thank you Vern and Johanne.

L'appartamento di Anna è piccolo ma confortevole. Si trova in un bel quartiere residenziale, molto tranquillo, immerso nel verde. Non manca proprio nulla, la cucina è molto bene attrezzata, così come il bagno e il salottino. E' facile sentirsi a casa. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana con il nostro cagnolino, che si è goduto a pieno il cortile recintato. Grazie mille per l'attenzione e la cura nell'accoglierci.

We decided to book a last minute trip and Giovanni was extremely fast with responses and very accommodating. Check in (and out) were very easy and straightforward, the parking space was fabulous! The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities you could possibly think of, it was warm, cozy and welcoming and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Giovanni was a wonderful host and gave us some great recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do. It rained during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed playing the games provided in the apartment. The location was great, there was a wonderful little shop around the corner and a bar where we had a nice breakfast, we enjoyed the walk to the town centre and the area had everything we needed! We can’t thank you enough Giovanni and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

È stato tutto perfetto. Luca è un host impeccabile e la sua casa non ha alcun difetto. Solo qualità: 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale del paese (ma fuori dalla confusione); pochi minuti di macchina dalle principali attrazioni naturalistiche dei dintorni; parcheggio vicinissimo; stanze ampie e climatizzate; ideale per i bambini; grande salone con parquet; uno straordinario ristorante a un civico di distanza... e paesaggio mozzafiato!

Fabio's place goes beyond expectations. You feel right at home from when you park the car outside and enter the gate of the building. The flat is very clean, tidy and super well furnished. Everything at its place. The neighbourhood is super quiet and you are very close to Perugia's city centre (5minutes). All the above, makes Fabio's place, a worth visit apartment to discover Perugia and the whole Umbria. Highly recommended.
