The peculiarity of the estate is the Castle of Sorgnano, whose origins date back to the Lombard period which, suspended between earth and sky, stands perched on the south-west edge of the estate.

The pool is filled with saltwater and large enough for taking a proper morning swim - 10 m x 4 and 1.5 m deep (Nb consider if suitable for small children). 500 m from the house you will find the nearest ristorante and pizzeria, and 2.5 km a nice village with all the necessities like supermarkets, butcher, piazza with bars, restaurants, fashion shops. Famous towns as Assisi, Perugia, Montefalco, Spoleto are all nearby.
