David's place was perfect for us! It is so comfortable and we loved watching Directv...what a treat! The kitchen space is fully stocked with lots of clear directions. David was very helpful and accommodating. Even the main house seems close to the guest house, it is still VERY private. Thank you David for a wonderful stay!!

Lots of room for extra friends/family. Great stove top/easy cleaning up. Clean pool, working laundry room. Amazing outside view! Checks off as a really great spot to stay for a few days. Outside amenities is okay could be better. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

This property exceeded our expectations. While the photos are good, the reality is even better! The home has lovely mountain views from the pool, and is located conveniently to airport. Town is a short drive and vineyards are even closer if wine tasting happens to be on your agenda. I have stayed in many Airbnbs, but Lindsey’s property was possibly the most well appointed. The kitchen has nice, new appliances & is well stocked with cookware & dishes. Extra towels & linens are in abundant supply, & cleaning essentials were available & labeled. The linens and towels are fresh and the beds are comfy. The home is spotless, filled with sunlight, & perfect for gatherings of family or friends. The outdoor area is spacious with options for sun & shade. Take a swim, soak in the spa, sunbathe, exercise, play the many games provided, or watch tv on the big screen in the comfort of the shaded seating area. The house isn’t large, but is so efficient & has a very large outdoor living space.

This home was absolutely beautiful and peaceful with stunning views. The pool and Jacuzzi were the highlight for us—especially since the pool was heated, we were able to enjoy night swims. The house is very spacious, perfect for larger groups, and it was wonderful that it was wheelchair accessible, making it easy and comfortable for our client with dementia to join and enjoy the trip. We’re so grateful for this experience and definitely plan to return with more of our family next time!

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful and very peaceful. My children came from out of state to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a great way to spend time with the family. The house is clean and clutter free. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed game time around the table. This was our first trip to Solvang and we will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great weekend. Lots of memories are made.

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

We were very comfortable at Haley’s stylish loft — truly one of a kind. Every detail to make anyone’s stay comfortable was provided for. The area was spacious for three of us. The comfortable King size bed and generous amount of pillows made our sleep very restful. Her loft is in a safe location, within walking distance to downtown SLO shopping area. Haley was also easy to communicate with and quickly responded to our inquiries. Five stars for Haley’s place!

This place was absolutely amazing! We have stayed in a bunch of AirBNB's around the country and this one was one of the tops. It made the graduation of our son and the memories we had one that will last a lifetime. Michael was an amazing host and truly responsive and made our stay and graduation weekend the best...not to mention his lovely warming gift to our son when we opened the fridge...(great local microbrews!). If you stay in SLO, ya gotta stay at this place!

Place was beautifully decorated. The place made you feel like staying inside all day. The backyard made me feel like I need to redo my own backyard in inspiration of this one. There is everything you might need in this place. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place smells nice too. I definitely recommend staying here, I would stay again. Thank you for such wonderful accommodations. I will see if you have any others to check out also.

Lovely stay in Baywood Bay with a communicative and kind host! There’s so much to do in the area and this is a great place to stay to explore all the fun things to do nearby. And the cottage is so cute!

This home was perfect for our family of 8. It was spotless and our 6 kids that are 10 and under, felt right at home. Home feels spacious where it counts like the kitchen and living room and back yard. The home has minimal decor which makes it feel clutter free and open. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home! As described. In need of a few minor repairs but otherwise our stay was great! We enjoyed the location. It was extremely convenient. The backyard is big! Space for the kiddos to run around! Host was very receptive and informative. I'm sure the cost of anything coastal, especially during summer, is pricey. That was a hard pill for me to swallow, but when comparing with other places in the area, it did seem to be the best bang for our buck! I would definitely stay here again!

This was SUCH a beautiful, fun, and clean place! So modern and cozy. My little family had the best time. The hosts were so sweet and responsive! We will definitely be back! Wish I could give this place 10 stars, it deserves it

This was a great place if you want peace and quiet and the serenity of being out of the city and in a large house with lots of space for large families. The bedrooms were great, and everything was very accessible, especially the large tables and the large counter seating which we made use of every night.

My family and I visited Santa Maria for Memorial Day Weekend, and we’re so glad we chose Greg’s listing for our stay. Nestled in the charming old town of Orcutt, the home felt like the perfect “home away from home” as we explored the area for the first time. The house itself is incredibly cozy and welcoming—with a lovely fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything spotlessly clean. We especially loved the peaceful front and back patios surrounded by greenery, and were absolutely smitten with the sweet resident kitty in the yards—such a cutie (we tried to befriend him every chance we got)! Greg was a fantastic host—thoughtful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay special. We’re so grateful for the experience and would love to return!

Here’s a polished and friendly review you can use for Airbnb: We loved our stay at Thomas’s place! The location is perfect—walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and just steps from the water. The space itself is super cute, private, and comfortable. Thomas has two cats and a dog, all incredibly friendly, but the real star of the show is his co-host, Sylvester the cat. He’s got a big personality and was happy to hang out with us as much as we let him. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll adore him. The house was stocked with a few thoughtful provisions, and we especially appreciated the ice cream bars—such a nice touch. Hopefully Thomas’s place is available the next time we’re in Los Osos. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Rigo’s home was exactly what we needed. It is a wonderful central location. We were a short drive to beaches, and airport was also easy to get to. We felt at home while we were there. There is everything you need for your stay. Rigo is very responsive and easy to work with. Also the home has a great outdoor area and green space. I would definitely recommend this home.

There's really not much to say: The place was as advertised, the host was very proactive with check-in instructions via message, and there was no issue. The only thing that was (pleasantly) unexpected was that there was already some food in the fridge, and we were free to use that. It could've been a prior hosts' stuff, or provided by the host, but it doesn't matter. We simply decided to play ball and leave our own unused/unfinished items for the next guest. :) All in all, a great stay.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Ballard Canyon Cottage immensely. The home itself was lovely and the spaces were nicely laid out. The kitchen was well stocked, bunk beds were perfect for the two kids (6 + 10), and the AC came in very handy as the temps climbed into the 80s. And of course, the hot tub was a huge hit! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, I highly recommend this spot!
