Located on the first floor without an elevator It has 3 large beds, 1 160 cm bed and 2 110 cm beds on the mezzanine Unlike most 1-bedroom apartments that have 1 bed plus a sofa bed with the inconvenience that it entails (other guests not being able to watch TV while those on the sofa bed sleep, having to assemble and disassemble it, etc.) It's a Plus!!!!

The accommodation is new, well arranged and very clean. It is located about 1km walk from the historic center of Jerez. There is a small free parking lot right next door for the car, which is convenient. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. Communication with Veronica was smooth and pleasant. Her quick responses. Access is easy by elevator and access ramp which is nice when you have suitcases. I recommend this hostess for a stay in Jerez

It's worth it. I would return PROS: - Great location. Close to everything. If I return to Jerez, I would look for the same area if there is no possibility of staying here. - COMFORTABLE bed. Varied pillow set to find the best rest option. - Spacious, very functional bathroom and shower, specifically prepared for people with mobility disabilities (like the rest of the apartment) and with a lot of pressure. - A pleasant living room. Window with natural light and kitchen in the same room. Fully operational. The thing is, being in Jerez and not going out for tapas is almost impossible. - Welcome gift with Nespresso capsules and different types of tea. - Very communicative and very good reception by Angela. AGAINST: - It is a very quiet area, but at night you can hear the noise of a car or people talking in passing. However, the windows are well insulated acoustically and thermally. They greatly minimize this problem. Nothing very important in any case, but it should be taken into account.

Loved our stay here. Beautiful apartment right next to the beach and an amazing spot with some of the tastiest sea food! The air con was amazing too! Such a treat after a long day in the sun!
