Holiday rentals with a patio in Grünwald

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

El hospedaje estuvo espectacular, diría que las fotos no hacen justicia del todo a lo que realmente es el lugar y el vecindario, ya que estuvo de maravilla. A pesar de estar un poco retirado de todo, nos sirvió para estar tranquilos, relajarnos y desde ahí salir a nuestros destinos de visita. Sin dudarlo volvería nuevamente.

Wow, wir waren leider nur für eine Messe vor Ort und haben nichts von dem was die Wohnung hat nutzen können. Check-in problemlos durch Schlüsselbox. Tolle Küche komplett ausgestattet (leider hat meine Mokka-Kanne nicht funktioniert / Induktion) , gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit riesen Fernseher, jede Menge Platz. Die bequemen Betten (nicht zu weich + nicht zu hart) in den beiden Schlafzimmern, den Balkon und die offene Dusche haben wir dann doch genutzt. Die Lage ist toll - im grünen, sehr ruhig und doch sehr nahe zum Brauhaus :-) Sonja - danke für diese Empfehlung - wir waren jeden Tag da - und den Rest vom Kaiserschmarrn habe ich mitgenommen. Jederzeit gerne wieder - Absolute Empfehlung.

wonderful stay! Very close to the airport by car, amazing spot on the river, lots of space, very friendly with our baby, and close to the town center. Waiting to return before our flight back home :)

We stayed here for three nights as family (one child) - and loved it. The interior design, especially the kitchen, was beautiful and we loved every little detail of the home. It’s close to the Pilsensee and Wörthsee, and S-Bahn station Hechendorf.

Schöne kleine, charmante Wohnung, die alles hat was es braucht. Die Lage " ganz oben" ist eine Herausforderung mit Gepäck, dafür wird man unter anderem mit der wunderbaren, friedlichen Dachterrasse belohnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, bis auf die gelegentlichen Züge in der Nähe. Mich haben sie nicht gestört und Nachts habe ich sie gar nicht gehört und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen (gute Matratze!). Die Nähe zur Isa ist ein weiteres Plus. Sarah ist sehr nett und war sehr flexibel mit dem Check-In und Check-out. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung von Necla war wirklich super – sauber, gut gelegen und mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön: Meine Tante war so begeistert, dass sie in keiner anderen Airbnb-Unterkunft mehr ganz zufrieden war – sie hat alles ständig mit Neclas Wohnung verglichen! Ein echter Lieblingsort, den wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Ottima esperienza. L'alloggio rispettava quanto indicato. Prezzo assolutamente conveniente rispetto alle altre opzioni a Monaco e dintorni per lo stesso periodo. Serve utilizzare l'auto per raggiungere metropolitana verso Monaco, e per raggiungere supermarket e ristoranti della zona, ma sono piccoli spostamenti e senza problemi di parcheggio.

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

Wir haben uns im Haus von Sophia und Patrick sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es bietet viel Platz auch mit mehreren erwachsenen Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, erreicht man mit dem Auto das P+R Neuperlach Süd, von dort ist es mit der U-Bahn etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Den Aufenthalt bei Thomas kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist toll und die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Thomas war sehr freundlich und ich kann die Unterkunft u eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Highly recommend!

Das Haus von Simon hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war nicht nur sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sondern auch blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Simon war zügig und reibungslos. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns netterweise auch einen Unterstand für unser Auto zur Verfügung gestellt, als schwere Hagel vorausgesagt waren. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, das Haus hat eine richtig gute und einladende Energie durch das viele Holz. Von Großweil aus kann man leicht an all die schönen Seen oder Wanderwege gelangen. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es ebenfalls im Ort und in Murnau dann auch größere Märkte, falls man mehr benötigt. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche nach Erholung und Stille gesehnt und haben genau das bekommen. Vielen Dank an Simon und Sabrina.

Marius ist ein super zuvorkommender Vermieter, steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und ist kurzfristig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, genau wie beschrieben. Sauberkeit ist 1a und es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend verfügbar und auch Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für unsere Bedürfnisse absolut geeignet gewesen- absolute Empfehlung 👌🏼

Schönes Souterrain-Appartement in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Exzellente Küchenausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns bei Rainer sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und Rainer hatte einige Tipps für uns in Schliersee. Bei Fragen war Rainer immer sehr schnell erreichbar und hat uns tatkräftig zur Seite gestanden. Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Schliersee, es gibt sehr schöne Spazier und Wanderwege in der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat außerdem einen netten Balkon. Blick in den Garten, von dem aus man sogar Berge sieht. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich bin für eine Woche mit meiner Mutter und meiner Freundin bei den beiden eingezogen Da meine Tochter im Kloster Gasthaus ihre Hochzeit gefeiert hat, haben wir die Wohnung kurzerhand zur Backstube umfunktioniert. Es war alles da. Sogar Backformen und Backpapier hätte ich zu Hause lassen können. Es fehlt an nichts. Dank der tollen Küche haben wir alle Gäste mit feinsten Backwaren verwöhnen können. Sie Lage ist auch spitze, fußläufig ist das Kloster erreichbar. Schöne Wanderungen im Umkreis sind möglich. Die Busverbindung nach Herrsching oder Tutzing sind prima. Danke Euch beiden 🥰

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Diessen. Dagmar und .Burkhard sind hervorragende, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist ein kleiner Schatz sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlte an nichts. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Die Wohnung ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Inklusive voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Die Lage hat uns toll gefallen, es ist absolut ruhig in der Gegend. Auf der tollen, überdachten Terrasse kann man es sich auch schlechtem Wetter gut gehen lassen.
