Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. A highlight is the large balcony with a breathtaking view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. There is also a private parking space in the underground parking lot at your disposal.

The studio has a double bed, a private kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. When the weather is fair, the garden invites you to linger. Despite the rural location, the center of Sumiswald is only about 3 km away. A sports center with swimming pool is also nearby. The nearest bus stop is approx. 1.5 kilometers away.
