Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

he was incredible kind and friendly person always warm and welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. it really made a difference added a personal touch to our experience. the accommodation was spotless tastefully decorated and located in a peaceful country side setting in pulia. we especially love the amazing pool it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. everything was exactly as we hope if not better. we fell completely at ease and would absolutely love to return. highly recommend.

What a find!! This beautiful Apulian villa nestled among the olive groves of Ostuni was beyond all of our expectations!! The home , including an historical Trulo and luxurious pool are immaculate ; surrounded by pristine gardens all natural and organic. The white washed city of Ostuni is minutes away offering an abundance of restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away with soft sandy beaches and the beautiful clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Barbara and her husband were extremely helpful and always available to help in any way! Barbara's recommendations were spot on and she even went out of her way to make reservations for us at restaurants, cooking classes and wine tours! I highly recommend this amazing villa for your next vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. A beautiful accommodation on a large private property. The house is carefully furnished and the bedrooms very stylish with nice beds. Everything was clean, including the terrace and swimming pool! Interim cleaning incl. towels and bedding. The Hostess Tatiana responded very quickly and enthusiastically. It was a wonderful two weeks!

We loved the villa! The interior design is very stylish and modern. The villa is in a very quiet and breathtaking location, but there are still plenty of options within a few minutes' drive. Claudia was very accommodating and clarified our inquiries quickly. Maria Luisa was always available, helpful and made recommendations for us throughout our entire stay. She organized a cooking class in the villa, which was tailored to our wishes and we had a great time! We can only recommend the villa.

We had a lovely time staying here. The Trullo itself is great - an amazing building and very well equipped - we had everything that we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful and there’s lots of it - situated in beautiful countryside. Apart from the occasional night of loud music from what seemed to be a nearby wedding venue it was very quiet and peaceful setting which was just what we were hoping for. We enjoyed visiting the local towns, and beaches near to Monopoli were stunning and only 25 min drive but mainly we enjoyed resting at the property and using the pool! Veronique was very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. We would love to come back sometime!

We stayed in mid-May and found this a beautiful place to stay, with both the tastefully renovated property itself and all the outside areas being clearly well maintained and cared for. Trullo Lilia is a peaceful and relaxing oasis yet only a very short drive from two lovely towns with a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, we can’t heap enough praise on Viviana our Welcome Manager who provided lots of local info and help, as well as promptly sorting an issue with the water heating she brought to our attention on arrival.

Pleasant accommodation on the ground floor, 12 minutes walk from the center. The terrace and parking are a real plus. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and Michele is very friendly and helpful. A few small maintenance and equipment adjustments would make everything perfect, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was spacious, modern, beautifully renovated, and spotless. We really appreciated how easy it was to access the apartment. Alessandro was extremely responsive and always attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Parking was easy to access and free, which was a big plus. The bed — and really everything — was super comfortable. The city itself felt a bit quiet in April, but the square had a nice vibe and the people were absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend!

"Stylish Urban Escape – Perfect Location, Firm Mattress Heads-Up" The Good: 📍 Prime location – Just a short walk to restaurants and all the city buzz. ✨ Beautiful apartment – Immaculately clean, modern, and stylish, with amazing rooftop access. 🔒 Total privacy – Felt like a secluded retreat despite being downtown. One Note (for light sleepers): 🛏️ The bed's mattress was much firmer than I expected – I usually don’t fuss over mattresses, but this one had me relocating to the couch (which worked, but wasn’t ideal). That said, my travel companion loved it, so it’s clearly a personal preference! If you prefer a softer mattress, this might not be your perfect match. Final Verdict: Despite the bed’s firmness, our stay was excellent—great space, fantastic location, and everything spotless. Would happily recommend, with the above caveat for fellow soft-mattress lovers!

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The kitchen in the apartment is the best and most thoroughly stocked we have ever experienced in our travels. Pierangelo is a wonderful host and do yourself a favour and have dinner at his restaurant Il Fico!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Grandi Fiori. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the charming village of Oria, in the heart of Puglia, a perfect starting point for exploring the region. The villa is really superb: spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook with pleasure during our stay. Several terraces surround the house, perfect for enjoying the sun or shade at any time of the day. The garden, entirely surrounded by hedges, offered us total privacy and absolute tranquility – a true haven of peace. Thank you to Ingrid and Piet for your warm welcome. Beautiful accommodation that perfectly met our expectations, it was very clean, ideally located to discover the region. The city of Ceglie Messapica is very pleasant, many restaurants nearby. We thank the hosts for their many attentions that facilitated our arrival: water available, fruit juice, cookies, coffee... We received very good recommendations from them. The street is quite difficult to access but there are parking lots nearby. An additional window would have been a plus.

The apartment offered by Marina was a little paradise. Easy to park in the street, bright rooms, very spacious terrace, quality bedding and linens. WAO was a spectacular experience!From the moment we entered, we were impressed by how beautiful the place is. Every detail of the decor is impeccable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed and room are comfortable and visually charming, ideal for resting. The bathroom is amazing, spacious and totally spotless. The ventilation and lighting of the space is excellent and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare breakfast. We used it as a strategic point to tour southern Puglia, which made the location even more convenient. Parking was not a problem, we always found space and it was safe. It is important to consider that there are stairs to climb, but they did not affect the experience. I definitely recommend it 100% and would come back without thinking about it. It was an accommodation that exceeded all expectations.

Cosimo and his wife made us so welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. The Trulli is beautiful inside and out, and has been decorated with love. Extremely clean and tidy with all the amenities you need for a stay away. The location is peaceful, but great for using as a central base to travel around Puglia. We have had the most amazing five days here and would highly recommend. Highly responsive to any questions. The family even booked a table for us and arranged a taxi to and from a local restaurant. Thankyou so much for everything, we hope to be back again one day. Fabulous memories made. x
