Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grottaferrata

Lacopo place was excellent very tasefully decorated , very hip looking , he spent over an hour when I got to his place to tell me about the home and neighborhood , very genuine and good communicaitons skills , had a small issue with not know something in the house and he repsonded right away and fix the situation. this is one of the nicest place for the value , and very close to the mass transit options for travel .. Highly reccomend It!

Stefano met us in person during check-in, and we felt his warm hospitality from the beginning. He is patient and very helpful, gave us guides to nearby supermarkets, great food and great gelato. Furthermore, everything is walking distance away. Stefano and Alessia's place is really conveniently located, and we enjoyed the accessibility even to the city center of Rome. We really appreciate Stefano's proactive hospitality and always sharing with us that he's a message away.

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! We had a fantastic one-night stay at La Dimora del Borgo in Fiumicino. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful layover. Cristina’s service was exceptional from start to finish. She went above and beyond, arranging a smooth airport transfer both ways with Raffaele and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone needing a convenient and charming stay near the airport!

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. The location is perfect, safe, walkable, central to everything you could want to explore. The apartment itself was clean and so well appointed. The recently renovated bathrooms are so luxurious! The apartment had everything we needed and very comfortable beds. And Luigi made this experience even better! I truly appreciate his hospitality, recommendations, time spent showing us the best ways to get around. On our last day I left something behind and Luigi was so gracious and went out of his way to get it back to me so that I had it for the remainder of our trip. Luigi, truly thank you! I hope to return!

Everything was as described

The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything including all the restaurants we wanted to eat at. The washer dryer when on a long trip was super helpful. I’d recommend Maritza’s apartment to future travelers.

Simonetta's house is very cozy, clean and tidy. It is located in a quiet area, where there is still a small shopping center and a bus stop. We had a great time at this Airbnb ☺️

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

A big thank you to Elvin and his friend for their exceptional hospitality! They are lovely, caring hosts! Elvin is wonderfully good at taking care of us, he has made our task a lot easier on many things, and is always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly in line with the description. A truly beautiful encounter and an address that we treasure! We'll definitely be back, and this time with our daughter! We recommend it without hesitation!

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s beautiful duplex flat in Rome. The apartment was exactly as described, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was Marianna’s responsiveness; she answered all of my questions promptly and was always helpful throughout my stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place very close to the Colosseum. The apartment is not only stylishly furnished, but also thoughtfully equipped – we lacked nothing. Everything was very clean, communication warm and straightforward. You can tell how much attention to detail has been designed here. The apartment is very beautiful, very well decorated and furnished, spacious and well located, close to many of the main points of interest in Rome. Furthermore, it has everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Giuseppe is truly a super host: attentive, courteous, and ready to help, always responding promptly to any of our questions.

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

From the moment you enter the building, you can see how beautiful and well-maintained everything is. There’s also a lift, which was very helpful for us since we had large suitcases.
