I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

Perfect solution for those seeking tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment in question enjoys a privileged view of Lake Nemi, so don't miss the fantastic sunset and why not, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. Amazing Stay! Such a great host and the prefect spot for a weekend away.

Daniela met us to let us into the apartment which was presently clean and orderly. It does lack some rudimentary kitchen accessories should you wish to do some cooking -however, there are so many great restaurants, pizzerias in downtown Frascati that we had no time to cook during this stay. I would add a possible shower curtain to the one bathroom as the tub has a hose for showering off if one were sitting down in the tub, but to stand up one get water all over the floor so we opted to utilize this shower in the other bedroom which worked perfectly well. Overall, the flat has incredible views, especially so at night time! While, the parking can be a tad difficult. We found a SPOT and did not move our car during our stay. Overall, I would say this is a fantastic flat and Daniela could not have been nicer! I would rent here again for sure.! 🌹

The house is right in the center of Frescata and it has a car parking close by. Perfect for anyone who wishes to tour around Rome.

We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

Lovely place to stay with your family. Host- very responsive/ helpful to any query. It's outside Rome but easily accessible by train (to Termini) or bus which takes you straight to Anagnina (the last stop) and the metro is just a level below. Its a nice and quiet place to stay.

Great host and their place is wonderful and clean. Only 5mins walk from the bus and about 15min walk to the train station. only 5km from Ciampino Airport.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Guido’s place was perfect for our 5 nights stay. It was very cosy, perfectly clean and tidy and we loved spending time on the balcony. Guido was a genuine and kind host with fantastic communication taking time to make sure any language barrier was not an issue. When he welcomed us, he provided clear instructions and showed us all the facilities in the apartment which included everything we could need making sure we were ready to relax and explore straight away. We would’ve hesitate to rent any accommodation offered by this host in the future.

We really enjoyed staying in Elianora's apartment. It felt very much like home. We are likely to be back in Frascati before too long and and we will definitely stay there again if it is free! Nothing to dislike and very friendly and helpful service and communication with Stefania, Elianora's daughter, who met us both when we arrived and when we left.

Domenica and her husband were great hosts and made me feel right at home. They transported me to and from the train station. Private unit downstairs, with fully equipped kitchen. Walked to amazing local restaurant Romoletto. The unit was clean and spacious.

The experience in Rome was wonderful, made special also by the opportunity to stay in a very refined apartment, furnished with attention to detail. The description shows a bedroom, but the second accommodation is in the living room with a sofa bed and a door, so it's as if there are practically two bedrooms...to our great pleasure! The area is beautiful, nice to walk and reach the Vatican, excellent restaurants. Thanks Paola, we'll be back!

Beautiful apartment in Rome in a quiet area outside the city center. Apartment is well connected to the center via line C. The lady who welcomed was very friendly and nice and gave us good tips for the surroundings! Flat looks lovely and modern and was having all the needed amenities.

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Overall, the hosts were truly lovely and made her feel right at home. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
