Loved my stay here!! Was perfectly located to explore all of Rome. Was able to walk to all the main attractions. It was super clean and had a beautiful Italian flare that made me feel like a local. Would highly recommend for 2 people!

Hello, we came for 4 days for a weekend. The accommodation is very well served by transport, the instructions are very detailed. The hosts are super responsive, kind, helpful and offer us a lot of suggestions to help us. The accommodation, although it is in the basement, is very pleasant and practical, all amenities are nearby. The monuments are quickly accessible by public transport. We had a great time in Avignon. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Thank you for this stay, responsive and welcoming host. Accommodation in a private courtyard set back from the lively pedestrian street. Many restaurants nearby. 6-minute walk to metro C and bus 81

Carlo was very helpful, he answered our questions quickly, his kindness was a huge differential. The space is spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and has a mall nearby where there are restaurants, a market and other services. The location is far from the center, but there is a bus stop very close to the apartment, which is about 15 minutes from the subway station. With Google Maps, we had no difficulty getting around everywhere and still saved a lot of money. It was not necessary to purchase a card, just buy the tickets at the station or newsstand. It was a very pleasant stay and we thank Mr. Carlo for everything. We highly recommend it!!!

We are very happy with the apartment and the owner. The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, has everything you need. Great view from the window. The area is almost free of tourists and there are many delicious places for locals. I recommend this place.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Great place, awesome location. You have everything just around the corner, restaurants, train station, ferry. Lots of options to do at a walkable distance.

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Carla and Michelangelo were so hospitable and lovely, and made Rome feel so welcoming. The BnB was a little sanctuary from the chaos of the city, both the room itself and the location. An absolute delight!

The location of the apartment is great. A few minutes walk to the subway station, then you can go to almost any sightseeing places using subway. The apartment is spacious. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen with enough supplies. Fabrizo replied to messages in time, even at late night. 👍🏻

Matteo was a wonderful host with ample communication and instructions. The apartment was easy to find and accommodated our family overnight before leaving for the airport. The power is a bit tricky (as it is in most of Europe) but manageable once you find the proper balance. would 100% stay again
