Siamo stati ospiti di Orietta da pochissimo! Ci siam trovati come a casa ! Zona tranquilla e piacevole e ben servita! Lei è super amichevole e disponibile ! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Cisterna di Latina. Als vriendengroep van 6 jonge mannen hebben wij hier 10 dagen gebivakkeerd. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige huis. De gastheer en de gastvrouw verblijven in een woning onder het verblijf. Deze aanwezigheid hebben wij als zeer positief ervaren. Zij kwamen ons zelfs donuts en chocoladebroodjes brengen. Verder merk je amper dat gastvrouw en gastheer onder het verblijf wonen. Dankzij het heerlijke buitenverblijf hebben wij het gros van de 10 dagen buiten verbleven. In elke kamer is er airco, dat maakt de nachten aangenaam. Het zwembad brengt de nodige verkoeling in de middag. Het zwembad wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt en het gras wordt gemaaid. Ook heeft u de mogelijkheid om de 3 honden van het huishouden te ontmoeten. De beestjes zijn heel lief, maar je moet geen irritatie hebben aan honden, ze komen namelijk graag in de buurt van je zitten. Kortom: wij hebben 10 fantastische dagen gehad in dit verblijf.

La casa di Elena è in posizione strategica, vicinissima al mare. Ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative e si è rivelata comoda per raggiungere e visitare la citta', volendo però soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo. Ringrazio Elena per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

Illaria's villa is the best choice if you need something really private, peaceful, with big green yard and a cosy little house. Our furry family members were also warmly welcomed! It is 7 min car drive to the beach (a wide and long coastline with everything you need) and 45 min drive to Colosseum. If you come by car you have a very secure and locked parking slot on the territory which is also priceless :) Can't wait to come back again!

Daniela was very patient, warm, kind, responsive and welcoming to our family. Daniela’s home is ideally located a few minutes walk from the train station but also has car parking space. The house is beautiful , spacious and very safe and has a lovely private back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s home and would love to return in the future. We highly recommend Daniela’s place.

I would definitely recommend Simona’s house. The house was perfect to host me and my family along with our dog. Easy check in instruction provided. Simona provided us with a baby cot and high chair on request. Easy to communicate with.

The Bamboo Villa is the best Airbnb we ever stayed at. Traveling with two kids, it is great to find a place that allows for both activities and relaxation. The WiFi was very good which is crucial for teenagers 😂 Daniele is the perfect host, very accommodating and flexible without being invasive or pushy. The apartment, pool area and garden is exquisite and so well kept. It’s even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. Pool is quite large. A lot of different sunbeds, chairs and other options in the garden. We had all our meals outside. Easy to get to Rome (by car).

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The place is spacious, very clean, and surrounded by peaceful nature. Alessandro was a kind and responsive host, always available to help. The house was well-equipped and comfortable for our group. We especially appreciated the quiet location and the lovely outdoor space. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing break! Thank you again, Alessandro!

We stayed on my for one night, before heading to the airport the next morning. I'm so sad we didn't stay longer! the house and garden are so so beautiful. The primary suite is incredible, luxurious, has private terrace. the kitchen is so well appointed. we cooked a beautiful meal with ingredients that were already there and ate outside in the garden, played music on the guitar and piano, enjoyed the garden, and different spaces. it was so pleasant and comfortable, perfect for our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids. rafaelle was so communicative and helpful, even brought snacks and things for us. He met our every need. I hope we can stay here again in the future for a few more days.

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

Fabio and his mother were fabulous hosts. Their villa was welcoming and clean with amazing views of Rome from the living room. We enjoyed Frascati, Rome, and other small towns nearby. Train was easily accessible. Restaurants and vino terrific! Staying at the villa made our family vacation a wonderful memory! Grazie Fabio ! We may return in the near future!

Lovely accommodation , well equipped with all amenities . We were a group of 14 and had a lovely stay. The property is very fresh and everything feels like it is new . The host gave very good instructions which made our stay comfortable . The house is close to the metro station , so very convenient to travel from here .

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

Si respira pace e serenità, un posto incantevole a due passi da Roma. Un vero angolo di paradiso, accoglienza molto gentile e ambiente davvero familiare. Sicuramente ci tornerò per staccare dalla città! Grazie Marina 😃

Vi har haft en dejlig påskeferie i Villa White som levede op til alle forventninger. En meget smuk have og masser af plads i huset. Vi var 8 mennesker. Fantastisk udsigt over området fra altanen. Vejret var for koldt til fuldt at nyde poolen, men indretning med området omkring poolen var super hyggelig. Soveværelserne var fine, vi kunne have ønsket os mere sofaplads i stuen og lidt flere fade og service i køkkenet. Dario og Emanuella var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Landskabet i området er meget smukt. Der er mulighed for masser af udflugter i nærområdet med bil, og nemt også at komme til Rom. Vi kan varmt anbefale at holde ferie her.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. Fantastic

Rapito dalla foto, ho contattato i due padroni di casa che con estrema cortesia sono stati rapidissimi a rispondermi e a darmi un appuntamento per vedere di persona il posto. Villa splendida e costi contenuti, è stata perfetta per il soggiorno e per l'organizzazione di una festa. Tutti sono rimasti colpiti dal posto e dalla villa, tanto che senza dubbio ci torneremo. In più i due padroni di casa mi hanno suggerito luoghi vicini per fare spesa (addirittura hanno pensato loro ad alcuni prodotti locali molto buoni) e per organizzarmi al meglio, rendendo il tutto più facile e speciale. Appena avremo l'opportunità di organizzare un altro ritrovo, sia per u a festa ma anche per un weekend lungo di relax, sarà senza dubbio la nostra meta. Prontissimo anche a suggerire alcune chicche per rendere il luogo ancora più ricco di sorprese! Grazie di cuore

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Siamo stati benissimo nella casa, tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era a nostra disposizione ed era tutto in ordine, non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

we had a wonderful stay at the house- grea location with lots to see nearby including the etruscan tombs, Castle and lake. Very nice, characterful property with a lovely big loggia/veranda area. Really huge place- so many living areas and nice big bedrooms. My family of 5 had plenty of space to enjoy spending time together, and because it is April it was good to have plenty of indoor space to use. The kids did enjoy the play equipment outside too and we had lots of games of football and skittles on the grass. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and because it was Easter they left some Easter eggs for my 3 kids which was a nice touch :)
