Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grottaferrata

This place is a hidden gem! The town is beautiful, the people are very friendly. We only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer. How Airbnb should be: great attention from the host, a very comfortable homely apartment at a good price. Fully recommend staying here, relaxing and discovering the area which is so rich in history and culture.

L'appartamento che offre Andrea è accogliente, rilassante e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Andrea è molto accogliente, permette di usare camino e barbeque ed è sempre a disposizione per chiarimenti e consigli. Bellissima esperienza.

Me and my friend stay for Pierluigi’s for a week for attending Inside Flow European summit event. Even though we didn’t get to meet him in person, he was very informative and helpful… the explanation of location and everything was clear and easy to follow step by step. He even check on us when we didn’t show up on the arrival time that we have informed him, which made us feel the care. The place is very cute, clean and cozy…Location is easy to walk to catch public transport and supermarkets and restaurants. He had recommended us for few restaurants but we only end up went to 1 place for 3 times 😊 (love the Tortellini in brodo Modena style so much) However, we feel comfortable (feel like home) throughout the stay. And highly recommended Teerarat from Thailand

Esperienza splendida! La casa di Valentino va ben oltre le aspettative. Pulita, ordinata, elegante e completa di tutto. Peccato averci passato solo una notte, torneremo sicuramente. Se volete passare dei giorni romantici di totale relax, la casa di Valentino é perfetta.

Buongiorno, Que des belles choses, que ça soit l'accueil, le cadre, la maisson,... Ça commence par la communication avec Massimiliano qui réponds vite et très arrangeant, ensuite très bel accueil avec lui et son père. Ils sont tres aimable et expliquent bien en détail. Le cadre est magnifique, la balançoire pour nos enfants. La maison propre et assez équipée. C'est à recommander les yeux fermés. Encore merci Massimiliano et à son père. Tchao

The Lila villa is simply one of the most beautiful place I had the pleasure to visit. Luigino is a great host and I couldn’t recommend enough to stay at his place. We highly recommend this home. It is set in a what feels like Tuscany, yet only 20-30 mins drive to the Colosseum. We will be coming back and bringing other families.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Host was very nice. This place is super cute. Very stylish and fashionably decorated. Nice bathroom. Very close to most attractions. Host was accommodating with securing transfers from airport to apartment and holding luggage at checkout. However, it was cumbersome to find a taxi at departure (to our next destination). In apartment booklet on Wi-Fi, was helpful. Lots of stairs but Joey was kind to transport our luggage. Five stars. If ever in Rome, I'd stay here 10 out of 10!

This was a great spot near Campo de' Fiori market. Edoardo and his assistant were great to work with, very responsive and helpful (helped us carry our suitcase up the stairs!) The apartment was nice and clean and the outside terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great with endless walkable destinations. Approx. 30 min walk to Vatican or Colosseum.

O espaço está localizado num sítio excelente que nos permitiu percorrer Roma a pé de uma forma fácil. Staying here was fantastic! We were met and helped to understand everything about the space and the area. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfy. It had charm and amenities and was very comfortable and clean. Laura and Roberto were wonderful- kind and responsive.

I had a fantastic stay! Communication before and during the visit was excellent—clear, helpful, and always friendly. The welcome was one of the best I’ve ever received, making me feel immediately at home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the vibrant and charming Trastevere neighborhood. It’s an ideal base for exploring Rome. Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

La Fonte Su - unsere Quelle für acht herrliche und unvergessene Tage bei den freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgebern Luigia und Armando. Eigentlich sind es drei Gastgeber - Gino der Hund, küsste jeden Tag unser Herz. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar. Besser, friedlicher geht es nicht. Die Terrasse und der Blick ein Traum. Obendrein der Pool. Die üppige Natur. Wirkliche, fast unberührte Natur mit zauberhafter Flora und Fauna, begleitete uns auf Schritt und Tritt. Ein Spumante in der Bar in CANTERANO auf der kleinen sonnigen Piazza macht Freude, genauso wie Besuche zu Fuß oder by car in Rocca CANTERANO, Jenne (sehr, gutes Restaurant La Viletta) Cervara Di Roma. Ristorante Da Anna, Il Cantuccio, Contrada Rapello (unglaublich gutes Restaurant, der Service wundervoll, das Essen so und so und das Olivenöl zum warmen Brot von der Monastero San Benedetto ein Hochgenuß) - alle in Subiaco. Liebe Luigia wir kommen wieder zu Euch aus Abu Dhabi. Ihr habt uns sehr glücklich gemacht. Danke.

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

Our stay at Diana’s and Mario's home was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures — full of charm, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Diana's thoughtful touches — delicious food, excellent wine, and her genuine kindness — made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and coming back to such a cozy and peaceful place after a busy day was a true pleasure. We are deeply grateful for this experience and would love to return one day. Thank you, Diana and Mario, for making our Easter holiday so special!

There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

This place greatly added to our vacation. We came to Claudio’s villa after a few days in Venice. Claudio’s place was exactly as described and so much more. The beautiful outdoor space provided a tranquil setting for us to retreat to after touring with the crowds in Rome. We enjoyed the quiet life of the oceanfront town and its easy walkable access to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. But the real gem was our access to Claudio. Not only did Claudio provide a respite but also all the extras : a fully stocked refrigerator with everything needed to make our first meal as well as daily transfers and pickup to and from the train station. He also took us to the airport at 4am. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we would book with Claudio again without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.
