This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. ⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Un GRAND MERCI à Joško, c'est la deuxième fois que je loue son appartement et c'est toujours aussi bien. Joško est toujours disponible pour nous aider et pro actif avec de super conseils pour sortir en ville et trouver de bons restaurants. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé et le centre ville est tout proche. J'ai énormément apprécié mon sejour et je reviendrai prochainement. Bonne continuation et à bientôt

Berislav was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. The beds were very comfortable, the view was beautiful and the flat was spotlessly clean. We used the air con and the fan to cool us down when it got too hot. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The parking space was very handy. We had an idyllic stay thank you Berislav. We’d love to come back.

Anita's flat is located in the heart of Split—close to the ferry and old town. Despite being in a central location, the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat is really stylish and well equipped - a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing! It has everything you need from air conditioning to a washing machine. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace for our morning coffee. A peaceful, convenient place to stay—we’d happily return!

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Nikolina and Josko were so kind, even bringing us food when it was Croatian Labor Day and we couldn’t anything. The location was amazing - a short walk from the main road around Marjan Hill. If you can manage a few stairs, you can explore the whole park and local beaches. Easily driveable, and not far from the Split riverfront. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Croatia!!

We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

Beautiful villa with lovely sea views from the balcony. They wait for your arrival and see you off too! They drop off fresh fruit in the morning and come see you if you have any issues. Very nice stay, stunning pool. Great for people who get around with their own car

We verbleven in dit appartement omdat het dichtbij het vliegveld is, maar ook redelijk dichtbij nationaal park Krka. Achteraf gezien hadden we hier veel langer willen blijven! Het apartment is super comfortabel, schoon en fijn. Het bed lag heerlijk en de host was heel hartelijk. Wij verbleven ook een paar dagen in Split, maar dit is eigenlijk een veel betere locatie (en goedkoper) als je de omgeving rondom Split wilt verkennen. En perfect als je dichtbij het vliegveld moet zijn! Trogir zelf is wat klein maar erg schattig. Het appartement is heel gunstig gelegen, vlakbij de old town en een groot busstation. Oftewel: we raden het appartement van harte aan en willen Zivko bedanken voor het fijne verblijf!

Wir waren sehr gerne in der Villa Olive. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, haben große Hilfe erhalten für unsere weitere Reise und Lucijan war immer erreichbar. Die Aussicht war wunderbar, die Bucht ein Traum, die Privatsphäre grandios! Alles wundervoll 😍

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit chez Mario. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser les nombreux équipements de haute qualité de cet appartement qui mérite qu'on y reste plus longtemps !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

was een mooie plek om te verblijven. we kwamen in het donker aan savonds en sochtens werden we wakker met een super mooi uitzicht 😍 op loop afstand van een (kiezel) strandje waar we even lekker gesnorkeld hebben. verder was alles netjes en schoon.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, au calme, dans un village de pêcheurs entre Split et Trogir. Tout était conforme à la description. Joli balcon avec vue reposante. Idéal pour un couple et rayonner dans la région.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Ana Maria e sua mamma sono state host fantastiche! Ana Maria ci ha accolti come se fossimo di famiglia ed è stata sempre disponibile a consigliarci ristoranti e spiagge. La casa è proprio come nelle foto, tranquilla e ben suddivisa e vicinissima a una delle spiagge più belle di Bol. Molto vicina al centro del paese e raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen bei Tomislav & Ivana! Auf Fragen und Wünsche haben Sie sofort reagiert 🫶 Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, das man braucht & wir konnten sehr schnell einen entspannten Urlaubsrhythmus finden. Mal haben wir in der sehr gut funktionierenden Küche gekocht (der Induktionsherd war super) & entspannt auf der Terrasse bei beleuchtetem Pool gegessen, mal sind wir zum Dinner in eines der vielfältigen Restaurants in der Nähe ausgegangen. Bei Sonnenuntergang am Meer die Promenade entlang zu schlendern, war sehr schön! Tomislav & Ivana haben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben-die Wohnung liegt perfekt für Erkundungen rundum, wie Split, Trogir und auch der Krka Nationalpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in der Nähe. Wenn wir in der Wohnung geblieben sind, konnten wir wunderbar chillen, lesen &das tolle Wetter genießen. In der ersten Juni-Woche waren es schnell 28°, da war es fantastisch, in den privaten Pool zu hüpfen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!
