This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. ⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Berislav was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. The beds were very comfortable, the view was beautiful and the flat was spotlessly clean. We used the air con and the fan to cool us down when it got too hot. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The parking space was very handy. We had an idyllic stay thank you Berislav. We’d love to come back.

Marijana & Domes apartment is very well located with a great view of the harbour and old town in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and extremely quiet. Communication and check in were excellent.

Anita's flat is located in the heart of Split—close to the ferry and old town. Despite being in a central location, the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat is really stylish and well equipped - a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing! It has everything you need from air conditioning to a washing machine. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace for our morning coffee. A peaceful, convenient place to stay—we’d happily return!

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Nikolina and Josko were so kind, even bringing us food when it was Croatian Labor Day and we couldn’t anything. The location was amazing - a short walk from the main road around Marjan Hill. If you can manage a few stairs, you can explore the whole park and local beaches. Easily driveable, and not far from the Split riverfront. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Croatia!!

We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

This home was above and beyond expectations! The house was fab, but the uniqueness of the space outside, the view, was sensational. . The winding steps down to the water through the trees, relaxing on the waters edge was so peaceful. This is a nature lovers paradise as lots to see and hear! Petar is the perfect host living locally and always available. Just a couple of minutes walk around the bay is a great restaurant, lovely steaks, fish etc and same views. It’s close enough but out of sight! This will be the first time ever I wish to rebook a property!

Beautiful villa with lovely sea views from the balcony. They wait for your arrival and see you off too! They drop off fresh fruit in the morning and come see you if you have any issues. Very nice stay, stunning pool. Great for people who get around with their own car

We stayed in this apartment because it is close to the airport, but also reasonably close to Krka national park. In retrospect, we would have wanted to stay here much longer! The apartment is super comfortable, clean and nice. The bed was lovely and the host was very warm. We also stayed in Split for a few days, but this is actually a much better location (and cheaper) if you want to explore the area around Split. And perfect if you need to be close to the airport! Trogir itself is a little small but very cute. The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the old town and a large bus station. In other words: we highly recommend the apartment and would like to thank Zivko for a pleasant stay!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Olives! The villa is stunning — private sea access with sunbeds in a quiet, beautiful bay made every day feel like a dream. The terrace is perfect for group dinners, with a large table and plenty of seating, and the jacuzzi and outdoor shower were lovely extras. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the whole place is ideal for a relaxing group getaway. Just note: you’ll definitely need a car, as the nearest town with shops and restaurants is about 15 minutes away, and the road leading to the villa is a bit rough. But once you arrive, it’s absolute paradise. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay, without any problems

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

was a nice place to stay. We came in the dark in the evening and we woke up to a super nice view within walking 😍 distance of a (pebble) beach where we had a nice snorkel. Otherwise, everything was neat and clean.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Ana Maria and her mom were fantastic hosts! Ana Maria welcomed us as if we were family and was always available to recommend restaurants and beaches. The house is just as pictured, quiet and well divided and very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Bol. Very close to the center of the village and easily reachable on foot. Tomislav was an amazing host who kindly allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived sooner than expected. He was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. He and his wife shared a wealth of recommendations for things to do, which was incredibly helpful as it was our first time in Croatia. They were always quick to respond to any questions and consistently offered their help. The property is beautiful and located in a lovely town just outside the center of Split. It’s ideally situated, with Split only about 20 minutes away and Trogir around 15 minutes, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore different areas. What made our stay truly unforgettable was how they helped me arrange and surprise my partner with a birthday cake. Their thoughtfulness made the celebration really special, and I am so grateful for their kindness. I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel to enjoy a more authentic experience of Split and the surrounding areas. You will not regret it.
