We had a great time. So close to Split and the place was lovely.

Very clean and functional apartment with the description. Next to the sea and the center of the market and the diocletian palace. Everything and perfect. Ante and Marijana are great hosts who are very available and thoughtful. I highly recommend we had a great time in this beautiful area

Korana was very attentive to our questions. The apartment is beautiful and very neat. The area is residential and very quiet. 10 minutes by taxi from the historic center (7 euros). Self check-in is very convenient to enter at any time.

Nice apartment, with a very nice view (you really feel like you're on vacation). A beach is nearby, within walking distance, and very pleasant for swimming with shaded areas. A washing machine is also available.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana’s. The apartment was as pictured, great location, just a short walk to the old city, bus station and pier. Neighborhood felt calm and residential while still being very close to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely come back!

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We enjoyed our two night stay at Carpe Diem very much. It’s a lovely place in a great location. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is a lot to do and see nearby. To get to the house a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement so we were glad we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed every minute at Ana‘s place. She even let us stay longer than paid and organized early check-in. We had our private space and the house with its beautiful garden (bbq spot, olive trees, wooden pool sun beds etc.) was more than we could habe ask for. All in all more than recommandable! PS: Her family even made us very tasty dessert on the day of departure!

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We had a great stay in this beautiful flowery house! In peace, you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bicycles. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has very good tips for discovering the region.

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Our stay at Vida's place in Croatia was just perfect! Vida is an exceptionally kind and helpful host – you immediately feel welcome with her. The house is well equipped, really nothing is missing, and everything was spotlessly clean. We were also particularly enthusiastic about the location: the sea is only a few steps away, perfect for relaxing days on the beach. We highly recommend staying with Vida and will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. The outside space was a fabulous bonus which we loved. The bed was super comfy, water in the bathroom was always hot and we had everything we needed in the property. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the centre yet set in a really peaceful spot. We definitely recommend the property as a great place to stay for a couple.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.

Tomislav was an amazing host who kindly allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived sooner than expected. He was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. He and his wife shared a wealth of recommendations for things to do, which was incredibly helpful as it was our first time in Croatia. They were always quick to respond to any questions and consistently offered their help. The property is beautiful and located in a lovely town just outside the center of Split. It’s ideally situated, with Split only about 20 minutes away and Trogir around 15 minutes, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore different areas. What made our stay truly unforgettable was how they helped me arrange and surprise my partner with a birthday cake. Their thoughtfulness made the celebration really special, and I am so grateful for their kindness. I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel to enjoy a more authentic experience of Split and the surrounding areas. You will not regret it.

First of all, Ivan is the most incredible host I’ve ever met. He picked us up from the ferry just after midnight and helped us with a few things throughout the week. He’s kind, generous and very understanding. The flat is amazing, especially the Seaview with the mountains in the background- spectacular! The nearby beach is stunning. A special man who has an apartment in a special place!
