Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gresham Park

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Andrew and Phoebe's place was perfect for our short stay in Atlanta. Located on a quiet street with a picturesque backyard, the apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. Super clean, comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom. The hosts were very responsive, even when we needed a little assistance with the keypad at check in. The only drawback was that there didn't seem to be much of a sound barrier between the unit below us, and the sound of young kids playing loudly woke us up both mornings. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I especially appreciated the late check-out accommodation, which made my trip even smoother. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

The apartment was soooo nice and beautiful. House smelled fresh soon as I entered. I loved the view especially at night time . We slept like a baby and didn’t want to leave this morning .Overall great stay . I will be booking for again for my birthday .

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place and easy check in. The beds were comfortable and clean. Wished the Ice Maker worked but that would really be the only complaint I have as far as the house goes. The neighborhood could use some attention but that does not reflect on the host at all.

Kobi’s place was the perfect place for our little group! Highly recommend, and may stay here again for any other group trips to Atlanta we take.

We had such a great time staying at this place! The house was exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and super comfortable. There was more than enough space for our whole family to relax and enjoy some time together without feeling on top of each other. Both kitchens were amazing and made it really easy to cook and hang out at home. We also got to catch a Braves game and explore some of the bars and restaurants nearby in the EA-Village area, which was a blast. It was a perfect home base for our trip and we’d definitely love to come back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious, clean, and comfy. Major highways are minutes away, making it easy getting around. I highly recommend booking a stay at Janeen's property! She responded within minutes to our messages, from the day I began inquiry about the property, to the day we checked out to head home. That was much appreciated on our part. I rate her place a 10 out 10.

Had a great time staying at Laurie’s home. My family came down to Atlanta to visit my college roommate and this was a perfect place for us to stay. It was close to my roommate and was comfortable and safe. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. I especially loved the screened in porch, which was a great place to sit in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

The Purple House is the best-equipped Airbnb ever. Kitchen items, bathroom items, outdoor spaces, etc. in addition to being a lovely space with a terrific bed, it truly feels like a home rather than an apartment. Window views in the bedroom and spices in the cabinets are touches that the photos don’t show but which make a difference.

My sister reserved this Airbnb because my nephew was graduating from MOREHOUSE. The location was not far from campus. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and Sierra was an amazing host. She responded immediately to any questions/concerns we had. I will be a return customer.

We had such a great time at Kimberly’s home! The layout of this location is very thoughtful. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the screened in patio with our newborn and enjoying quality time together while also being safe from all the mosquitoes! The location was perfect for us. We were 10-15 mins drive away from the Zoo, Aquarium, and the Botanical Gardens. In addition, the ATL beltline is right along the back of the home. We walked it several times to local coffee shops and eateries that were around 6-7 mins walking distance. It was really lovely. We had one issue upon arrival that we raised with Kimberly. She took the matter very seriously and had a great sense of urgency to provide us with a solution— and we really appreciated that so much! We highly recommend staying at this location. We definitely plan to return!

Thomas has been really great. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Also very friendly when we got to meet him as well. His place is very comfortable and home-y. Well maintained and clean. Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!

Andre's condo was perfect! It was clean and in a great location of Midtown, ATL. The condo's listing is very accurate to what you see in person. Parking was very easy. And if you have guests, trying to find street parking was very easy and always available. I worked from the condo, and the WIFI is strong enough to support video calls. Andre is very helpful and responsive if there's any questions or concerns. The only con I would say about this place is that the AC is a bit loud as other people have mentioned. However, I like a fan or sound machine noise when I sleep, so it didn't bother me. Andre does supply a sound machine for guests. Thank you Andre, I would definitely stay at your place again!
