A new built-in kitchen with dishwasher & electrical appliances, a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) as well as an attractive bathroom with glass shower/toilet are provided. A numbered outdoor parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hansapark" as well as a public swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. Wi-Fi, towels & bed linen are provided FREE OF CHARGE

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

We have fulfilled a dream and have been able to call this lovely holiday apartment in the Heiligenhafen holiday park our own since May 1, 2020. The large windows flood the apartment with a lot of light and allow you a breathtaking view from the 11th floor over the salt meadows to the steep coast of the Baltic Sea. Since the apartment faces west, in the evening unforgettable sunsets (vll with a glass of wine?) are offered from the balcony. We wish you a relaxing time!

Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).
