Accommodation was nice, clean, modern. Communication was good. House a little noisy, in the evening children were loud. I am satisfied, I would come back.

We spent two and a half months in the apartment as we had to move out of our own home due to water damage. Anikka and Bernd were consistently warm, helpful and always responsive – just the best you could ask for! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the accommodation at any time.

A very clean apartment not far from the main station, city center and cultural venues. Minh Duc was very proactive and reachable for any questions that might come up. I recommend!

The stay was very pleasant. The owner was very helpful, whenever I had a question regarding the local area he always helped. Also, before I arrived I was provided with a list of places worth seeing. The apartment itself feels like home. Completely furnished kitchen, even though it was small, You have every thing needed to cook. Very comfortable bed, nicely designed bathroom. I can strongly reccomend this to everybody using AirBNB. This was one of the nicest places I had pleasure to stay, and for sure if I will be around I would want to visit Basement 77 again. 😊

We were only there for a short stay this weekend, but the apartment was beautiful! We felt right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were unbranded, Stephany was super friendly and even allowed us to get into the apartment sooner, which we were very grateful for. Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. During the 8-day family visit, my wife and I caught the flu and spent almost 5 days in Yvonne's beautiful apartment. Fully equipped, very cozy and close to everything important, it helped us a lot to heal. The apartment did not make us feel homesick, or lack anything. Beautiful accommodation for a short break in the Lower Rhine. Heike and Mike are very friendly and, although you are in the same house, you feel very private. The Edeka just around the corner is well stocked and there are plenty of bike paths that lead to the various places in the area.

The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.

A nice apartment in a new quiet neighborhood! it's exactly like the pictures. you really feel like a guest, everything is thought of, don't worry that you forget something because it is present in the apartment, also nice bathrobes! The biggest plus is the jacuzzi and the outdoor space that is very private and quiet, for cold evenings there is a patio heater. we definitely recommend booking this apartment

So it's worth a trip for everyone! It was pure relaxation for me. Due to the proximity to the city center, you could do a lot but also relax in the whirlpool, so there is really something for everyone. The same with the possibility of the restaurants, you could go out to eat super but also order. We have already recommended it to our friends. The communication with the owner was also great and the check-in was also uncomplicated. Must have done it!

This apartment is the perfect place to escape the stress of everyday life and to relax alone or as a couple. Beautiful places can be seen on foot in the nearby area. We are super satisfied with the stay. We can only recommend it. In addition, Christian and his family are super sweet and open.

Kelly and Diana are absolutely wonderful hosts, and B&B De Muldermolen is a treasure. The property is located across the street from a charming and lovely pond surrounded by trees and filled with wildlife. The sounds of frogs and the chirps of birds were always around and were a welcome change from the sounds of the city. The B&B sits near other villages with amazing food and incredible charm. And the Kelly and Diana are knowledge, welcoming, and friendly. We are already looking forward to when we can return! A slice of paradise not far from the hustle and bustle of the everyday world.
