It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. A terrace for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp carefree. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

We live in the rural 2000 Seelendorf Boisheim, about 10 minutes by car from Venlo and each about half an hour from Düsseldorf or Cologne. You can feel comfortable here and breathe, relax or work concentrated - as you like - and enjoy a special ambience with a natural garden that invites you to linger.

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. With us live here our dogs, a bunch of chickens and geese as well as several horses and ponies who are allowed to spend their evening here. The vacation home on the Hagen is a rural small house (part of a two-family house) on a 5,000 sqm park-like property with numerous large trees such as walnut trees and various native fruit trees. It is located in the “Mittlere Niers” conservation area in a cul-de-sac with no direct neighbors. Surrounded by fields, meadows and streams, country life shows its pleasant side.
