Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Greenwood Village

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

We were able to get almost anywhere we wanted within 15-20min of the room! Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, great hiking were all right there. The location was easy to find, the instructions for check in/out were spot on, and it was the perfect place we needed for the activities we had planned! Ryan was very responsive and easy to reach with information or questions, which made the trip much easier for us. Ryan offered suggestions for trails, activities, and restaurants as well as provided seat cushions for our concert at Red Rocks! It was truly an amazing time and the space was exactly what we were looking for in a room. Couldn’t have been any better!

When we arrived my grandchildren (4 yr old twin) told me this house is better than my house in California. It was beautiful and they loved the hot tub. We had 8 people and the accommodations were perfect. The rooms were comfortable and right next to shopping and great restaurants. The host was amazing and communicated to us all the time. I would highly recommend this house.

Laura was very responsive… great host!…the house was set up perfectly for a family group with games and arcade downstairs and the park a short walk from the backyard.

This is a great place when traveling with a large group. So many beds and private rooms in this space that with 10 people it was spacious. Great backyard and kitchen space for hanging out. Has a small bbq and lots of oven space for making big meals. We would definitely return to this place if we come back to Colorado with my women’s hockey team.

Every detail you can possibly imagine were taken care of, the amenities were beyond expectation! Sami was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. The home is very beautiful and unique. Gorgeous remodel! We felt very safe, comfortable, and cozy! Thank you Sami!

From the initial booking until we departed, Andrew constantly kept great communication us. The photos and description of the property was exactly what was delivered to you in person with no gimmicks or exaggeration. Any questions or concerns we had, no matter how minor, were always addressed promptly and professionally. They made our stay a genuinely great time as were never more than a message away for support. Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Great spot! Very walkable neighborhood and great shops near by. Make sure you have all THREE lock codes before trying to get in. After I figured out the place had THREE lock codes I felt very safe. Apartment is also a lot bigger than pictured so that’s a plus.

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and cozy cabin. We were there for a graduation so only slight downside was driving back and forth to U of Colorado. That said, it was nice to be in the country and out of Boulder.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to coffee and restaurants, clean and quiet. Would happily stay there again.

Jimmy’s home was the perfect getaway/escape from the city while still being very close to everything! He was a top notch host and was very accommodating. It was a nice reset from reality. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dee’s while in town for graduation. The house is lovely, with everything we could need. The rooms were very comfortable. Luckily, the weather was beautiful so we spent most of the time enjoying the garden. The neighborhood is quiet, close to walking paths and convenient to CU. Overall, a perfect stay for a family gathering.

Came here for a girls trip and had an amazing time. The airb&b was clean, had all the necessities, and the host Warren was very responsive and communicated with us the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!
