This historic Captain's house is located in the heart of beautiful Greenport Village. It dates back to 1830 and has been beautifully renovated preserving its historic detail. It has a huge garden with mature trees, plants and a wonderful gazebo. Once you step outside, you can walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops, the water as well as the Hampton Jitney and the LIRR. It's an ideal yet very quaint location.

Newly renovated farmhouse - steps to Village

Cannot say enough great things about this house. I’ve stayed in many AirBnBs and other home rentals over the years and this was one of my absolute favorites. The house is beautifully updated and was extremely clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and have everything you need. Beds were so comfortable and the room darkening shades are a rare find in a vacation rental. Close to Greenport town and lots of wineries. Backyard was beautifully landscaped and was amazing for our dogs to run around. We will definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about this place. This place was so beautiful, quiet and exactly as described. Rachel was responsive, flexible with check in and provided everything you would need to feel right at home. The place was spotless, bed and linen were extremely comfortable, bathroom had all necessities. We absolutely loved the location- less than 10 minutes from town and RIGHT on the beach. Private walk out and lounge area, we can't wait to come back!

What a perfect stay for our family of 4 (kids are 5 and 1). Michael was a very proactive host and told us everything we needed to know ahead of time. Worked with us to get us in as early as possible on check-in day. Very responsive and helpful. How was so awesome and a straight shot down to the beach. 5 minute walk into town. Can’t wait to be back soon

As a native long islander I enjoy finding great properties I can bring my family to to take advantage of all long island has to offer. This was the DREAMIEST beach bungalow!! The bedroom with the two beds was just my favorite room especially since we visited off season. You cannot beat this location. I can't wait to book again during high season! Quiet Neighborhood and only steps to Town

We had a great stay! The location was perfect - peaceful and quiet, yet still walkable to Greenport, which we loved. The apartment was cute, light, and quirky - ideal for a short stay. Karolina was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing to note is that the blinds aren’t blackout, so it does get quite bright in the morning. But overall, we really enjoyed our visit. Thanks again!
