Holiday rentals with a patio in Greene County

The front porch with all the birds was really special. As was the well appointed open studio with high ceilings. Large bathroom with clawfoot tub was wonderful. Relaxing and quiet space. Short walk to the best restaurants and coffee shops.

Our 2nd time staying here and it was as fantastic as the first!

Linda was a great and very responsive host. Her place was exactly as described and very clean. We had an excellent stay and would stay again. Great accommodations for a ski weekend at Hunter or Windham.

I had booked another Airbnb that had a leak issue so I really appreciated the host being able to accommodate me with another rental on short notice. Like other commenters have mentioned, a rustic house but better value compared with other properties for the weekend I was traveling. Slightly off the main drag.

I had such a wonderful stay at Paul’s place! The house was beautiful, very clean and cozy. It had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding area was equally stunning, with mountains all around, making it the perfect place to unwind. Paul was incredibly kind, even leaving out some treats! I would absolutely stay here again!

Rebecca came through for us in a last minute pinch. She was very responsive, considerate, and sweet! Location was perfect for us to snowboard -- a quick 7 minutes from Hunter mountain. Fireplace was perfect, bed was very comfortable, parking was easy. Thank you, Rebecca!!

Ed and Joyce were warm and accommodating (even left us homemade treats!) and very responsive throughout our stay. We so appreciated their help late at night when we had trouble getting in with the keypad! The lodge is wonderfully cozy and homey; bed was sooo comfy and the views from the balcony were such a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Had a great weekend staying at this airbnb. The host was very helpful and communicative. The location was lush green and tranquil this time of the year, the house was cozy and comfortable, some great hiking trails close by too, would highly recommend.

This was our first airbnb in New York and we loved it! The home was comfortable and had basic necessities. The waterfall in the back is amazing. Perfect for a weekend getaway from NYC. Responsive and friendly host.

We loved our stay at the Greenville Getaway house. The hot tub and firepit were a big hit. Also loved the game room. The escape room was a really nice touch. I was expecting a great time at the Mushroom Palace but it was even better than I had hoped! It had everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. The hot tub and sauna were clean and hot. We had two really memorable nights there, grilling, chilling, using the outdoor fire pit, and the spa stuff. The house had a lot of charm and character but was very clean had a pleasant smell. I have stayed in many airbnbs over the years and this is definitely in my top 5! I definitely plan on returning. Kyle was so nice to communicate with and very reasonable. This place is a gem and so is Kyle! Can’t wait til my next trip to saugerties. 🍄 ❤️

We had a great stay in Catskill at Federico's place. It was just what we imagined from the description and perfect for our needs. So great to just park and be able to unload the cooler and things straight into the front door. The kitchen is fabulous and makes you feel like you are really on vacation and we enjoyed cooking a bit and watching a fun movie (with a cooking theme)! Fun to have a river view, and no-one above or below. The upstairs bedroom is very comfortable and there is spacious closet for your clothes. The downstairs bathroom is very nice, with a spacious shower and washer and dryer right in the bathroom. You are right in town, so the shops are right behind the apartment and there are some really unique coffee and chocolate boutiques. We would definitely like to plan another stay! Cheers!

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Great place right next to the mountain. Had plenty of space for my family, and more beds then some of the other townhouses we've stayed at next to Hunter which was nice
