Really a beautiful, peaceful escape. Easy drive to so many adventures! Hot tub while listening to the creek... chef's kiss. Just be prepared for mosquitos, wow. But there was bug spray and citronella candles to help.

Location and space worked out perfectly for our little surprise birthday party. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Charming old farmhouse.

This is a regular airbnb for us. We love the wood burning stove, hot tub and piano. We really like coming here to decompress in the fall or winter. A very relaxing place away from any city problems

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Mike's place - It was perfectly cozy with an amazing hot tub and very usable kitchen. We had to reset the breakers one time and Craig was incredibly responsive in helping us. Checkin and checkout times were made flexible for us, which we greatly appreciated. Would love to come back soon!

The perfect stay for horse showing at HITS! My only hesitation in writing this review is that I didn't want anyone else to know about this place for future horse shows! ;) An excellent place to stay with above and beyond amenities, easy check in and great for traveling with a dog. Will absolutely be back!

Went away for the weekend and it was the perfect getaway for us (+ our dog) from the city! Quiet, peaceful, had all the amenities we needed to stay in (hot tub, porch seating, fire pit and streaming on TV), and close to some restaurants and a few cidery/breweries if you wanted to go out. Place was super clean and hosts were very responsive. Would definitely come back and stay for longer if we can next time.

The hosts are super responsive. The setting is lovely. The carriage house is behind the magnificent, beautifully restored 1903 Titus Mansion, amid manicured lawns and gardens, raked gravel drives and parking, and a three tiered fountain on the mansion grounds, visible (and audible) from several rooms and from the porch. The porch itself is an absolute delight, a great place to gather your group or just sit and read. During our stay we were accompanied there by a nest of robin fledglings under the eaves. Athens is set in one of the most scenic parts of the Hudson Valley, brimming with great cultural and recreational opportunities. Terrific shops and restaurants abound in nearby Catskill and Hudson (there are also two first rate restaurants in Athens itself.) The hosts provided a carefully curated list of these. The cable and wifi work seamlessly. Relax and enjoy yourself here.

We had such a wonderful stay! Corey’s place was much bigger than it looks in the photo. Kitchen range/oven are brand new, decor stylish (nice mid-century modern sofas, chaise longue), deck is terrific for morning coffee, and yard is enormous. Corey found the perfect balance between being low key and helpful/proactive. Would love to come back and would certainly recommend!

Marie was awesome and responded quickly to any questions I had. The place was exactly like the photos and I feel it was a great place to spend for a little get away. 🌸

We had a lovely stay at Sara’s place. The house is in a beautiful, private setting that allowed us to have a relaxing family time. Instructions are very clear and host is very communicative. Just bring your own groceries and enjoy the barbecue in the peaceful surroundings!

We had a nice staycation here for the winter holidays. The home was cozy, secluded, and charming with a large backyard area for pets. Be cautious, as our front-wheel-drive car couldn’t make it up the hill in the snow, but we found an alternate route to the home.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely carriage house as a little getaway from the city following our wedding. Our criteria for an AirBnb was somewhere dog friendly with a comfy couch to settle in and read for a few days, and this was just that. We enjoyed the places close by recommended by our host, but we also ate a good number of our meals at the house using the little kitchen which worked well for us. This spot met our needs just right!

Our group loved our stay at the Hudson hideaway. It's a bit of a drive into Hudson proper (which we knew), but the place was GORGEOUS -- a perfect fall getaway. Chelsey was incredibly communicative at every step of the process and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back :)

This is a special place. A private location in the hills, with a home designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The latest technology and thoughtful attention to detail. We loved our time there, and we recommend it highly.

everything in the house was perfect: the house itself (large, spacious, with the necessary amount of furniture but no more, new kitchen perfectly equipped, clean and comfortable bedrooms, the fireplace). the decks were also large and weather allowed us to use them as well as the bbq. the garden would allow plenty of space to play and walk. and we took a 4.5 hour hike alonh a well marked trail departing near Colgate Lake, wich was a pleasure in the warm November. thank you very much.

Miss Elizabeth was very accommodating and very fast responsive host.The place was very homey and more of the real autumn experience when we went there. Definitely will go back to the place if given a chance!

Such a joy to stay here for the week! We particularly enjoyed the comfy couch to splay out on and watch the projector, and a good kitchen to whip up delicious things in. Responsive, pleasant and helpful hosts. Loved our stay, would recommend and would return!

Aida’s place was perfectly located for our event. Five minutes to Cairo and east Durham. Aida is a phenomenal communicator and responds quickly!

Amazing accommodations, had everything we needed to stay in for several days. Very clean and perfect little cottage for a getaway upstate. Will be back!
