Julie's place is a true gem. It's nestled in a beautiful area of the Catskills on a quiet road. The house itself was perfect for our group. Very comfy beds and great communal spaces. It's halfway between Phoenicia and Tannersville which was very convenient.

We went for a quick weekend getaway with our two dogs and absolutely loved William and Liz’s home, we didn’t want to leave!! I loved the privacy, how peaceful it was, and of course the views! Our dogs enjoyed all the free space to run as well. We unfortunately had a lot of rain when we stayed, causing our tour of howes cavern to be canceled due to flash flooding. We were rescheduled which affected our check out time, but they were so sweet and offered us to check out whenever we liked and even offered us an extra night to stay! (We wish we could have). It was a wonderful weekend getaway and we all can’t wait to go back! :)

If you are looking for a place to connect, and actually get to disconnect from all of the things that distract us in our daily lives, this is the place to be. They offered for us to pick fresh vegetables from the garden and fresh eggs from the chicken coop. The sauna and cold plunge were incredible, and the bathhouse felt quite luxurious. We had wonderful conversations with kind people while making meals at the outdoor kitchen, and the view of the stars was amazing. I’d come back the next chance I get.

This is our fifth year coming to the farm. Larissa is absolutely masterful with kids of all ages (even tough kids). My daughter races out at 9 am to do farm chores and begs for more (and this is a kid who drags her feet doing chores at home)!! We love the rhythm of farm and find it really easy to disconnect and unwind. After chores in the morning, you're welcome to spend as much time as you want with the animals, which is a real treat. Whether it's feeding the horses hay, sharing food scraps with the goats, or watching the chickens do their evening routine, there's so much to enjoy. The local towns are lovely, but if you like the farm experience, you may never leave the property. Larissa is incredibly knowledgeable and generous in sharing her experience and expertise. She has created an absolutely magical environment, and I would highly recommend visiting!!

We had a nice staycation here for the winter holidays. The home was cozy, secluded, and charming with a large backyard area for pets. Be cautious, as our front-wheel-drive car couldn’t make it up the hill in the snow, but we found an alternate route to the home.

This is place is a magical experience. It's perfect for those who want to experience the more remote nature this region offers. Pure and quiet night, picturesque surroundings, amazing sunrise/sunset. The Barn itself is designed creatively and mixes greatly between camping and comfort. Stephen is very helpful and communicative.

Ray’s home offered the perfect weekend getaway for our family. The house is on a beautiful property with a lovely back yard, small bridge and my kids loved the fire pit! Ray was responsive & very friendly! We look forward to coming back again next time!

This is an incredible home. We had a really special weekend here. The house itself is beautiful - it’s decorated so well, and it’s really spacious, so comfortable for a big group. The outdoor space is lovely too - there’s ample space to relax outside and take in the gorgeous scenery :) can’t recommend enough!

The true meaning of an Airbnb is the ability to walk in and feel right at home! Andrew and Kerri absolutely nailed it, their home is truly warm, cozy and inviting. A great weekend getaway with lots to do nearby, especially the beloved Katerskill Falls just minutes away! Thanks again, we hope to visit soon.

Victoria’s cabin was perfect for our family. We visited in May and enjoyed local hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and great restaurants. Turned out to be a chilly weekend so made good use of the hot tub. We plan to visit again.

We struck gold with this Airbnb! This peaceful home, boasting a truly wonderful view, was everything we hoped for and more. The outdoor porch, in particular, was an absolute dream. It offered so many perfect spots to simply sit and soak in the morning tranquility or to gather and chat with family. We made the most of the grill, enjoying countless meals outdoors. Inside, the home felt incredibly comfortable and welcoming, with a full kitchen that was a joy to use. Even with eight of us, everyone easily found their own private retreat or a comfortable communal space. Whenever we had a question or a need arose, we received an immediate and helpful response. The suggested restaurants were also a delightful discovery. Even when the weather turned and it rained for our last two days, we felt incredibly lucky to have the covered porch, allowing us to continue enjoying the peacefulness and beauty of nature. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

Host: Scott was lovey since our first correspondence. He provided me with detailed instructions on how to enter the house and later provided many restaurant recommendations in the area. He was responsive to any questions and went above and beyond. He was so nice we were hoping to meet him, but unfortunately, never had the opportunity. The home: First of all, it’s literally new. Everything. It’s impeccably clean and supplied with high end equipment. Furthermore, he forgot NOTHING, as the house is furnished with any and all things you could possibly need. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, as well as plenty of plush towels! Also, beautifully decorated. Just my style- I did not want to leave. The property: The house has a large fenced in yard, a gorgeous and enormous flowering tree, a fire pit with multiple chairs and a brand new grill! The comfortable screened in porch was great for coffee and wine/beer in the rain! This house is a true FIVE.

Rebekah was very responsive from answering initial questions prior to booking to before and during arrival. Her instructions were very clear. The condo was perfect for us and furnishings are in good condition, as described. I needed to contact her once and she immediately sent someone over to change a light bulb that was needed and put out shampoo and soap for us. This was great! We were very pleased with the accommodations and the host !

La Casita was exactly as described...we travel to the Hudson area often as we have a child in school nearby and this was our favorite place to stay thus far. We felt quite at home as the decor is quite similar to what we typically do and love. I even found periodicals that I have subscriptions to! The beds were very comfortable, the common areas were well equipped and very comfortable and we loved stargazing at night since the property is a bit off the beaten track. We will definitely be staying at La Casita again.

We spent a wonderful long weekend at Phoebe’s house and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our group included four adults and a three-year-old, and the home had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Our daughter was especially lucky to be able to enjoy Phoebe’s daughter’s bedroom and toys, which made her stay extra special. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Located about 10 minutes from Hudson, it offered a peaceful countryside setting that we really appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Phoebe’s place and are very grateful to her and her family for hosting us.

Pros: House was spacious, clean and plenty of outdoor area. Hosts are super responsive (even very late at night!!). Somewhat secluded and star gazing was fantastic!! Cons: The view was a bit underwhelming (I would assume in the winter it’s better given less tree coverage).

We had a lovely stay at Eman's home! A beautiful peaceful Catskills retreat surrounded by nature. The home was better than the photos! Eman made us feel right at home and was so helpful. Great hospitality, she left some snacks and the kitchen was very clean and fully equipped. One of the nicest Airbnb's I have stayed in. Felt like the way it used to be back when Airbnb first started and people welcomed you as a guest, not the way it has evolved into just a business. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Alexandra's place is incredible. The house is filled with light and incredibly well-stocked (much better than a typical airbnb in terms of dishes/pots/pans/etc.) The grounds are beautiful and the access to Catskill Creek is amazing -- our dogs absolutely loved it. The location is perfect (you can literally walk to a diner for breakfast) and getting to Hudson is a very short drive. It makes sense that the calendar is so full -- the place is amazing.

Historic late 19th century farmhouse in beautiful surroundings. Peaceful, quiet, clean- lovely flower arrangements and farm fresh eggs to greet us. We especially liked sitting on the porches, listening to and watching the birds. We enjoyed meeting James, and our stay was memorable.

Stayed a night at Kathleen’s lovely apartment in Hudson with my husband and 2 kids while we were in town for our niece’s graduation from Bard. After a cold and wet ceremony, her apartment was an absolutely wonderful rest for us. The view of the river below is ideal and she made our stay especially lovely with drinks that the kids adored, chocolates, yummy coffee, and wonderful smelling shower amenities. We left feeling rested and happy. Thank you Kathleen!

Nine of us - four adults, four kids, and a little pup - had a fantastic time at the Flatrock House. We never wanted to leave! Even though it's not deep in the woods, the sound of creek and the coziness of the house made it feel like we were 50 miles from civilization. We spent most of our time on the property - lounging around the house, talking (mostly about the amazing antiques), wading in the creek, skipping stones, making s'mores... We drove to Kaaterskill Falls which was a great hiking adventure. We went to Kingston for an afternoon walk and a surprisingly delicious dinner. Phoenicia Diner was also way tastier than I'd imagined. Ben was a super gracious host. Funny, friendly, and very quick to respond. He gave us lots of detailed suggestions, and guidance on how to best enjoy the house. The beds were so comfy. The big dining room table was perfect for us to enjoy big camp meals - spaghetti night and taco night! We definitely want to return.

Henry's cabin is beautiful, spacious, and very well appointed and comfortably furnished. It is located in an extremely private, lushly green, and serene setting. The cabin is surrounded by forest and mountains, with no other houses in site. Henry was incredibly friendly and responsive, and all aspects of his cabin exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this cabin and hope to visit it again someday!
