Really great place the stay if you want to be in the middle of downtown Houston. Close to a ton of restaurants and you’re within walkable distance from the Houston Astros stadium and the convention center. The host was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean and spacious. It was a 10/10 experience and would definitely do it again.

Beautiful home, very clean. Easy check in with exact directions. Neighborhood streets are very tight with minimal parking except in garage. Thanks so much for allowing the use of your beautiful home.

Having a Garage and laundry facility was super helpful . Trent is very responsive. We had a plumbing issue. Trent fixed it at the earliest. Thank you Trent for an enjoyable experience.

We loved the home and it was exactly how it was described. We were there for a convention and it was easy to get to and from the venue. William communicated quickly and even though we didn't need anything, he let us know that he was available any time. We will be back for the same convention next year and will definitely rebook with William.

This was the perfect place for me and my family to stay for a weekend. We had 2 CRVs that fit perfectly in the garage, very helpful on the sizing listed. We were able to walk to a few restaurants which was really nice! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone! Very safe and very nice house!

We were grateful that Teddy allowed us to check in early. We were tired and starving after a long, day of travel. Our stay at Homeaway was pleasant. Checking in was easy. The beds were comfy. The kithchen had what we needed to prepare meals. It is really convenient to have large capacity washer and dryer, just like at home. I am glad that we were able to park in the garage. Leaving your car, baking in the sun, can be trying during heat waves with the temperature in the hundreds. The pool, within walking distance, is a delightful amenity. The neighborhood is quiet with kempt lawns and flower beds. The neighbors seem friendly. It is 35 minute drive to downtown and the museum district. It is close to several grocery shops and restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again.

I was very impressed with the Airbnb. The home was very clean, and looked even better than the pictures. Overall great area and quiet. The host was very responsive.

Assia's house was really neat and clean, just like previous reviews have mentioned. Super appreciated how everything was labelled as well for easy use. The unit was well-stocked with everything I needed - from a microwave, cutlery, toiletries, cleaning supplies, a washer/dryer, even clothes stain remover and more. Assia was really responsive to my queries and needs too. My only gripe would be how the doors can be hard to lock/open (though that kinda worked out), and the house is slightly hard for cab drivers/food delivery to find. Otherwise, this was a fantastic unit - would recommend!

The house is great and centrally located inside the loop. Walking distance to restaurants , coffee, a mile or so from Rice University Montrose is an active urban area with the challenges and benefits of being in the city. But the house is secure and quiet. I would stay here again

I had a great stay at Harold and Liz’s place! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly responsive, polite, and understanding throughout my stay. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Matched the pics, easy to get to. A word though… the washer and dryer are located in an outside closet. I didnt even realize they were there until halfway through my stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I’m not sure how popular this particular house is, but it should be a premier house to stay in when visiting Houston! It’s close to everything! And the hosts were very easy to work with!
