I recently stayed at this beautiful home and had an exceptional experience. The house is spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from downtown Houston—super convenient for getting around the city. Steve is a fantastic host! He responds very quickly, is incredibly kind, and carries himself with true professionalism. He made sure everything was perfect for our stay and was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

This charming home is perfectly situated in the heart of Houston, offering an ideal balance of space that's neither too big nor too small. Traveling with a little one was a breeze, especially since our 32-month-old adored the swimming pool. As first-time AirB&B guests, we had a flawless experience. We'll absolutely book this property again for our next Houston visit! The host and co-host were exceptionally nice, professional, and helpful. While our family traditionally opts for hotels, staying in a professionally maintained and managed home like this made our trip incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. The pool and patio are undoubtedly the highlights, providing a fantastic space for the whole family to relax and have fun. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you could need, and there are TVs throughout the home for entertainment. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, nicely furnished, and peaceful home for your Houston stay, this is the perfect place.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of the Heights with quick access to 610 and 45 to easily get around Houston. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

The 4 of us enjoyed our short stay. The area seemed safe, we saw people walking their dogs. The home was a perfect location to get around Houston. About 5mins to get on hwy 10 and about 15-30mins to Vietnamese/Chinatown depending on traffic. Also an easy drive to the ocean. The house has high ceiling and ceiling fans making the house air pleasant. I have allergies and it was not a problem at all. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms big, living room/kitchen open concept. You have your own garage parking.All the amenities were clean. If you want to add acouple more steps to your day, this 3 story house is perfect for you.

Excellent rental, comfortable and convenient and ideal location

Cozy and comfortable place, with all amenities you could need for business travel. Kitchen came in handy for breakfast and having in room laundry was very useful. Felt very safe in a busy metro area.

I really loved how central the location was. I could easily get to Midtown and surrounding neighborhoods in under 15–20 minutes. The studio itself was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending nearby stores when I needed something. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

My stay at Brianna’s was amazing. Exactly as described. Place was clean and neat, no issues at all. The pool and gym was also amazing.Great communication and definitely in a great area literally was by everything.

Nice place with gated walls and a pool, as well as a garage for you to park your car in.

I enjoyed the apartment. The decoration was clearly well executed. The place was clean and the patio included had plenty of privacy. The tvs were easy to use and navigate, and all of the appliances seemed to work properly. My favorite part of the apartment was how comfortable the bed was. The area wasn’t too bad but the neighborhood itself had a bit of construction going on. Overall definitely would stay here again. The host was kind and generous and very clear with instructions.

We were very pleased with our stay @ Briona's place. The apartment was very clean and just as she described on the Airbnb site. Loved the lighting outside in the complex since it was dark upon arriving back to the apartment on both evenings during our stay. What few people we saw; they were all very nice. Very nice, clean and quiet complex or at least while we were there. We will definitely be going back for future stays.

This was a great place for what I needed and if I stayed for more than just one night I still would have been satisfied. It’s cute and homey. Only thing I would say is you may need to get a little stool for the kitchen. I’m only 5’0 so it was a little struggle reaching the microwave lol!

We booked this stay for my now-husband and his friends to get ready in for our wedding ceremony. Marie had a bouquet of flowers with a kind note on the counter for us. She was VERY responsive and personable. Lots of space, great location, and very clean! Definitely recommend and would book again.
