Arrivato a Houston presso il complesso Phoenician sono stato accolto da Allen persona fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile, il quale mi ha effettuato il check in oltre l'orario indicato, mi ha fornito tutte le indicazioni sul luogo e si è messo completamente a disposizione. L'appartamento era molto pulito e corrispondeva alla descrizione. La zona e' molto tranquilla e consente di raggiungere a piedi la zona centrale della città.

Place was exactly as described and shown in pics, clean and tidy, very responsive, was very flexible with an early check in and late check out, quiet complex with quiet neighbors, and with the location of place, everything for the most part is within 15-20min driving distance. I Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at The Parliament. Excellent location, easily walkable to Rice University, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable. We will be back!

I have stayed at an apartment hosted by Comfortable Living Rentals on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. The host is very responsive, the apartments are very well represented in the pictures posted, and the Post Oak Park Drive location is excellent.

This was a great stay! Room is VERY big. Bed can fit 3 ppl! Shower was very nice and got hot fast! Little kitchen area was very clean, deep sink. Extra towels were nice! Lots of seating and plates provided. Microwave worked! Tv had YouTube and Netflix (Roku?). Plugs by the bed were very convenient. Clothes rack to hang your clothes (no closet/dresser). I stayed in the bottom unit. Be mindful of which street you get dropped off/picked up because you enter the Bnb thru the back. Please read instructions, the host is very informative! This spot was about 25min from IAH. Also, watch your step when you first walk in (though they have reflectors taped on the floor to show the step too). Neighborhood could use a little touch up but otherwise it’s peaceful and quiet.

Estate Heights was an excellent host from beginning to end. The home had all the essentials, great internet, great garbage service, excellent communication and was very clean. Glad I chose them will use them again when I visit Houston in the future. 5/5 stars

Desde el primer momento la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y muy amable: me proporcionó indicaciones precisas para llegar, recomendaciones locales y hasta se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario antes de nuestra llegada. El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas: impecablemente limpio, decorado con buen gusto y equipado con todos esos pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia (café de cortesía, artículos de baño de calidad, libros y guías de la zona). La cama era comodísima y, gracias a las ventanas de doble acristalamiento, disfrutamos de noches tranquilas a pesar de estar en pleno centro.

The apartment was accurately described and looked exactly like the photos. It was also very clean and is a good size. It is located in walkable area with plenty of restaurants and great proximity to other areas of downtown Houston.

Cozy and comfortable place, with all amenities you could need for business travel. Kitchen came in handy for breakfast and having in room laundry was very useful. Felt very safe in a busy metro area.

The stay was wonderful . Place was nice and clean on entering. Host was responsive and friendly and helpful when needed. 10/10 experience.

I loved this place! Me and my partner spent the weekend here and Victor was helpful with everything great response time and worth every penny went sent on this place! Beautiful high ceilings, comfy couch and amazing kitchen it’s perfect for a couple getaway and wanting to enjoy the Houston lifestyle! Nothing at all to complain about this gorgeous place! 10/10

This place was so nice for trip was clean easy to find and a nice view of the pool look just like the pictures and was stocked with everything we need will most definitely be back for another stay

Ed was wonderful!! We had a bit of a confusion due to the way I set up the rental and he figured it out, smoothed it out, and accommodated us in every possible way. Apartment is amazing and the facilities are as well! Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

We had a great stay, you do have to download two separate apps but they are easy to navigate and use. I apparently don’t read directions well so when I had a question Brian was quick to respond. Close to the Toyota center and felt safe in the complex. When we visit again his place will be one we look out for.

A very safe area. Super clean apartment. It’s very close to target, Walgreens and other convenient places. Checking in. Might be a little tricky. But once you do everything goes by very smoothly. She also is super kind and had cute little gadgets, toothpaste, deodorant, razor and tea for us💕

Mayoral fue increíble, muy buena comunicación, un poco incomodo lo del estacionamiento pero es entendible, volver sin duda, lo recomiendo.
