Wonderful stay - Frank was very helpful and his place was peaceful safe and clean - everything myself and my elderly parents needed.

What a beautiful oasis 😍 peaceful, relaxing and a real cabin feel! We went there to do some wedding planning and were greeting by a beautiful personalized board and a bottle of wine. The hot tub was a huge hit as well, we braved it at night and it was a perfect addition to the forest feel of the cabin. Liesl could not have executed the interior design any better, evey time you look around you see a new small detail of thought and care. Cannot wait for our next trip to Knysna, we will definitely be back!

The missus and I both agree this is one of the most beautiful weekend getaways we’ve experienced, from the moment you open those doors the view takes your breath away. Truly an incredible sight. Early morning coffee in the jacuzzi watching the sunrise was probably the highlight for us. Definitely worth every penny.

Beatrice provided a beautiful stay, a home away from home. She was very proactive with messages and checked we had got in safe etc ☺️ the setting is beautiful with good security and activities for younger kids. Knysna is within walking distance but we chose to drive for personal reasons but everything was easy enough to find. The complex is very peaceful and we enjoyed the space so much! We spent our wedding anniversary at Tasha's lodge. The photos on the website does not describe how beautiful this place is. Tasha created a cute swan out of towels and laid little hearts and petals on the bed! It really was amazing with a beautiful view. Tasha was always friendly and helpful, making sure we were alright during our stay and she even arranged activities for us. Would definitely recommend this lodge to any couple looking for a peaceful romantic weekend away or even for a girls weekend!

This place is absolutely awesome. We know where to book next time we are in the area. It is completely private and highly recommended to anyone looking for special times with their partners especially taking into consideration the hot tub and the amazing views. This place is breathtaking. We also had the best service. They are very trustworthy as I left a R165 000 watch on the counter and no one even moved it when they came for their daily cleanup. This place is highly recommended and personally I feel this place is to cheap for what you get. Amazing experience, amazing staff, amazing views and amazing privacy. Everything me and my wife was looking for. Thanks to Forest Valley for the breathtaking experience.

We had a wonderful stay Tim’s Gecko cottage In Knysna. Very friendly host. Everything was neat no detail left out! Outstanding value for money! Will definitely be staying there again when in Knysna!

Mooi, ruim en gezellig huisje. Met een echte keuken waar je goed kan koken en een heel lekker bed. Daarbovenop is het water uit de kraan heerlijk en is de omgeving mooi en privé. Ook heel leuk voor mensen zonder honden en een hele fijne plek om tot rust te komen! Het voelt erg huiselijk aan en ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Perfect spot if you have dogs and young kids. It was a perfect two night stay over between our longer stays. Close access to Plett and so many pristine forest trails.

I literally love everything about this charming place! The cottage is so cozy and the view out to the valley is so calming. The patio is in a class of its own, a fantastic birdlife unfolds right before your eyes and there is constant singing for those who appreciate nature, world class! Anel is everything you could want in a host in short! and she bakes absolutely amazing bread! I would love to stay longer here!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful cottage for our family bringing along our two sausage dogs too. Beautiful and peaceful farm, we would have loved to stay longer.

What a beautiful location for a getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin in the Knysna forest. It was peaceful, and absolutely beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed and our hosts were so accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend!

It was simply perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much and especially receiving the most delicious choc chip buscuits, homemade apricot jam and coffee! Our fur baby also had a little surprise which was absolutely thoughtful. It was exactly what we wanted and so much more. Just bring some Tabard with you! But an absolute 10/10 😀

Die Holzhütte auf der Farm war ein absoluter Traum! Gemütlich, sauber und mitten in der Natur – perfekt zum Abschalten. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war super freundlich, und die Tiere auf der Farm waren ein besonderes Highlight. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a truly nice stay at Johns house, which is very well equipped and so nicely decorated that we felt like home. Also the location in Plettenberg's centre was perfect for day trips or just strolling. Thanks aswell to John for all the recommendations.

We love everything about this very special Cabin and had the most wonderful weekend with our friends and kids. It’s even better than in pictures and the views and location just so special. We can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to just get away from it all and go to a very magical place with beautiful views and sunsets. Thanks for letting us enjoy it!

The place is extremely nice and the Forrest outside gives you a wilderness feel. It’s a very calm area and the host is super friendly and gives good instructions.
