I loved the look of 601 King Street-and was really happy to have secured the spot over the Easter weekend. The home was warm and inviting- lots of room. Was great to have the on site parking to the back of the house. The pub across road so had great meals. Miami staff very accomdating.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable, just what we needed for a short getaway. Jennifer was a great host, providing detailed information to make our check in easier. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

location, location, location. Perfect spot, close to tram, beautiful restaurants, hotels and Albert Park. Really comfortable and super clean space.

The house was great, walking distance to public transport and shops. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. A great space to enjoy time together.

Amazing stay. Managed to book it on the day of check in due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very accommodating. Everything you could need and more. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s house. The entire house is spacious and very clean. It contained everything we needed and more. The location was great and short drives to different shopping centres and dining. Caroline was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again for next time we visit Melbourne.

Lynne was a great host. She was extremely friendly and helpful and always replied promptly to messages. Her home was in a great location for our needs, supermarket etc was close by and had everything to make a comfortable stay. Really felt like home. We will be returning without any hesitation.

Igor and Skevi went above and beyond to ensure that our family was safe, warm, comfortable and welcome when we had to suddenly change locations. Their communication and commitment to their guests is absolutely faultless and we felt at home in their lovely house. The house has everything a family needs, we look forward to returning on our next holiday.

We enjoyed our stay very much . Loved her coffee bar and Teas very nice touch . The sound of the heater up Stairs was loud so we shut it off and that made such a difference. The dryer did not dry our clothes . We tried every setting nothing worked . We had to go home with damp clothes . I am sure that is fixable .Maybe instructions on the dryer would help . Other than that we loved the location . The quiet neighborhood was great 👍 We will be back .

Amazing place, perfect for a staycation as well as being a great location in Mornington! Easy to find, plenty of parking if you have a bigger car like myself! Had everything you need to make it feel like home! Would 100% recommend!

Host was very responsive and helpful when we found out that we ran out of gas for hot water and cooking. We felt well taken care of.
