We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. Thank you so much guys 🙏🏻 X

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Sea Breeze was great. Tucked away in a residential area it felt like home from home. Rachel was great at communicating and left us everything we needed. Perfect place to stay

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

We had a great time. Will recommend to people . Walked into town but was ok once we realised about the clipper bus every 15min from top of the road, was better for us older ones hehe. The accommodation was brilliant thank you 👍

This was a lovely property, extremely clean and tidy. It’s an excellent location to explore the surrounding countryside, the broads and local nature reserve. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

We really relaxed at Julia’s place. It was tastefully decorated with stylish furniture and attention to detail. Every need was catered for. The bathroom was great, with thick towels, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and spotless and the bedroom had a very comfortable bed and deep carpet. There was a lounge with good size tv plus an extra sitting area upstairs with books and games. Outside was a lovely patio with furniture and a sunny garden area. This gets a perfect 5/5 from us.

We really enjoyed our short break here, with 4 adults and 2 children. A nice touch having some drawing and pencils and some welcome items for the grown ups. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The beach was just a ten minute walk. There aren’t allocated parking spaces but we managed to find spaces easily with two cars. We’d definitely stay here again.

Such a peaceful place. Lovely decor, great smell, board games, antique books. Extremely clean. I watched the sunrise from my bedroom’s window. Well equipped kitchen, lots of plants and flowers around the cottage. Rustic places with character. A lovely garden outside with table and chairs to enjoy evening drinks or a morning coffee. Overall, excellent, I will be back.

We stayed at Cowslip Mead for two nights it was absolutely stunning,I really could not fault one thing about this place and hosts were extremely friendly and helpful,The Annexe is full of beautiful things so tastefully thought through, unfortunately the weather was not too kind to us but we had lovely meal on Sarah's recommendation and we curled up by the log fire and fairy lights and watched TV on the TV in such peaceful luxurious surroundings ,Well done Sarah it's a credit to you thank you for the cookies and the coffee tea etc we enjoyed them ,Hope to return when in area as it's so handy for Norfolk/Suffolk cost Yvonne & Anthony

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! A stone throw away from anything you could ever need, a short walk from the beach. A beautiful home to stay in, spotless & well equipped. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay near Great Yarmouth or Gorleston.

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house, it was a fantastic place for a family to stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the lounge was comfortable, and the bedrooms were relaxing - the children loved the bunkbed! It was all beautifully decorated, and loved the children’s painting on the stairs. Very handy to have a parking space outside too.

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Jamie and Wendy are great hosts. The house was even better than it looked on the photos. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and it was ideal, the garden was great too, especially as the weather was so good. It was lovely to be able to walk through the village to the unspoilt beach.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Scratby! Communication with the host was friendly and prompt from the start, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, peaceful and close to everything we needed. This is only superseded by the stunning views. The garden is beautifully designed and plenty of seating to capture the sun all day. The house itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and well-equipped with everything we could have possibly needed, the welcome hamper on arrival was such a lovely touch! All the bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds, making it ideal for our group of 7 adults and 1 dog. We loved the garden bar and dartboard too! It truly was the perfect break, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this gorgeous home, Kelvin was a very attentive host. The home was fabulous, immaculate, very welcoming and a stones throw from the beach. Honestly you'd be hard pushed to find anything with a better location and so comfy. The games room was great fun and we all enjoyed a hilarious games day on the 1 rainy day of our stay and kept having rematches!!!! I couldn't rate this home high enough, parking was super easy, plenty of great places to eat a lot of which had great gluten free options. The Lookout does an amazing breakfast and the staff are really friendly, Ryans fish and chips were lush and they have gf options on a Wednesday and Thursday, The Ship pub were really nice too. we did cook honest! The kitchen was lovely with all the mod cons you'd need and we'll supplied with equipment. Thanks Kelvin, we'd love to come back!

Great little cottage! We’ll equipped for our mini break. Great location for Beccles and the river. Quiet and secluded yet near all amenities.
