We would love to welcome you to our quiet little spot in Suffolk and hope you would like to come and enjoy some time here with us. Over the pandemic many changes have taken place and through various circumstances we are now looking to hire out our beautiful barn and bedroom buildings as a self contained unit rather than bed and breakfast accommodation. This does mean that the current set up is a little unique but we hope we can provide guests with a spot to get away and enjoy.

Converted workshop in North Norfolk. Furnished with interesting vintage pieces the spaces are light and airy. A continental breakfast is also included. Tucked in the middle of the countryside but Sandy Beaches are a short drive away. Stroll up a quiet country lane (1.7 miles) to the gorgeous Suffield Arms or drive (2.2 miles) to the renowned Gunton Arms Surrounded by fields, trees, and wildlife, enjoy lovely local walks or relax in the pretty private courtyard.

Self contained with a private entrance to the Atrium containing breakfast table and chairs then in to a small double bedroom en-suite shower room with TV and free Wi-Fi plus a small fridge, overlooking the garden, in a quite road, 5 minutes from Holt. My home is in a secluded area with access to a river walk. The local Gressenhall Museum offers events during the year. The Norfolk coast is nearby:- Walsingham, 25 minutes away with Wells and Holkham 15 minutes further on. Fakenham racecourse is ten miles away. Dereham's Mid-Norfolk Railway - offers steam and diesel events plus the popular 'Polar Express' experience. The area is also local for Sandringham and the Thursford Christmas Show.

King of Spades - Double with Ensuite and Kitchen

This room features double bed with a contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfy sofa and TV with SKY TV and a fully fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners with lovely views from French doors. The sofa bed provides sleeping for 2 little ones Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.

Private double room, own bathroom in great area

Lovely calm & quiet room with private en-suite bathroom, & comfy double bed. I offer free breakfast to help yourself. 15-20 minutes walk from the Lanes & market, 3-5 minutes to nearest pubs & shops. I'm a friendly host, able to share info about my city. I prefer to greet in person but do have a secure keybox if needed. Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen along with a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden. We are available if you need any information, we will greet you on arrival .

Maltings Loft is 10 miles from Bury St Edmunds and Diss just off the A143 in the Village of Hepworth. Our accommodation offers Bed and Breakfast with self serve continental breakfast. A microwave is provided for your convenience. There are no cooking facilities.The loft is an open plan living space with a bedroom and ensuite shower room.
