Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grau i Platja

Una casa preciosa, super cómoda y super bien equipada. Muy amables las dueñas! Sin duda repetiremos!!

Hemos estado 4 días instalados en la casa, muy cómodos, repetiríamos sin duda. Alojamiento tranquilo y con todas las comodidades. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega es que los colchones de las camas individuales eran muy duros, no funcionaban los chorros del jacuzzi y pese a bajar las rendijas de los ventanales y cerrar las cortinas de las habitaciones, sigue entrando mucha luz y cuesta dormir. Esto no cambia lo bien que estuvimos, por eso damos 5⭐️.

My family, friends, and I had a fantastic stay! The place was even more beautiful than the pictures. Host was kind, nice, and available. Easy access to so many things! Loved my stay and I truly hope to come back in the future.

Logement tout à fait conforme à l annonce! stefan est très réactif et disponible! le gîte est vraiment très proche de toutes les commodités! à savoir la plage et les commerces à moins de 2 km! que dire de la tranquillité et du calme de l'endroit! que du bonheur! Nous recommandons fortement!!

Para nosotros ha sido una estancia de 10. Tuvimos todas las comodidades que se describían, y el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento para cualquier cosa. Pudimos disfrutar del fin de semana de nuestra boda, y hacernos unas fotos preciosas con un castillo de fondo. La zona de jardín con la terraza son geniales, y la piscina estaba impecable y limpia, cosa que aprovechamos con el calor que hacía. Gracias por todo! no dudaremos en volver a elegir está estancia si se da la oportunidad.

Renaud es un excelente anfitrión. Fue muy amable y cordial durante todo el proceso de nuestra estadía. La casa y sus vistas fueron extraordinarias. Las terrazas nos conectaron a mi y mi familia con la naturaleza de Benisili . La vista de las montañas, los senderos y los animales alrededor nos contactaron con la lindo naturaleza que tenemos y aveces no sabemos apreciar. La casa tenia todas las comodidades y era muy espaciosa. Muchas gracias por todo Renaud 🤗

Wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft, mit ausreichend Stauraum. Die Küchen waren top ausgestattet. Der Blick aus der Villa war wirklich sehr schön. Ich habe lediglich einen kleinen Kritikpunkt, bzw hätte man es vorher gewusst, wäre es vermutlich nicht mal einer: jedem Gast wird lediglich ein einziges Handtuch gestellt. Ich hätte mir pro Gast weitere Handtücher gewünscht, weil angegeben war, dass Handtücher gestellt werden.

this was a lovely stay. everything was exactly as listed. quiet, clean, easy accessible, plentiful amenities and absolutely amazing hosts. i was welcomed with a wonderful bottle of wine and some chocolates. the location is unbeatable. in addition to many restaurants & some grocery stores, there’s a cove (5 mins) and beach (10 mins) within walking distance. both were relatively busy but not overcrowded. both are wonderful options and considerably less busy than the main beaches in Valencia. the water was crystal clear, calm and pleasantly warm. the only things i will note are that the shower is quite small (i kept bumping into the handle and turning off the water) & doesn’t get hot water for long. additionally, Cullera can be tricky to reach without a personal car but it’s definitely doable. i cannot recommend this stay enough!

El apartamento se encuentra en una ubicación fantástica, en primera línea de playa y en una zona tranquila. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue fácil y rápida, sin duda repetiremos.

I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

La casa tiene las mejores vistas de Calpe y hay un camino por la costa que te lleva a la playa. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Great place - in beautiful Alcoi, very clean and lots of space - and very well equipped kitchen!!!

We waren 4 nachten de gasten van Aart in Benimantell, maar hadden daar zeker een week willen blijven. De locatie is prachtig, het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en op koudere avonden lekker de pallet kachel aan! Een appartement waarin je uitgebreid kunt koken, terwijl je geniet van het uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement met zijn vele trapjes is zeer geschikt voor mensen die de bergen in gaan, een mooie opwarming voor je spieren! Aart is een heel behulpzame en communicatieve host, die zowel een fles lekkere wijn als locale olijfolie klaar had staan.

The appartment was very lovely and one of its biggest assets was definetly the rooftop with an amazing view on the sea. Even though it is a shared area with the second appartment, we all felt really comfortable and we didnt mind some additional neighbours. The area is really peaceful and quite and there arent many visitors there, at least in May when we were there. That said, you need to be aware that there arent many things open before the season starts, at least during the week, and the nearest supermarket is around 25-30mins on foot. Overall, these were probably our best vacations and we do think about coming back the next year, we highly reccomend this appartment and extremely lovely and helpful hosts! 😄

El piso es perfecto para una escapadita a la playa. Las vistas son inmejorables y el piso es cómodo. Nos gustó el detalle del secador con difusor, de los productos para el baño y el detergente disponible para usar la lavadora. Nuestros anfitriones han sido súper agradables, siempre han estado atentos y nos han contestado casi inmediatamente. Hay una playita super cerca además que puedes hacer una ruta por los pueblos de la zona ya que está cerquita de todo. Muy recomendable.

We had a great time at the property of Manuela & Thomas. With 3 adults and one toddler there was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy both inside and outdoors. I think the pictures of the listing speak for themselves; the property has great amenities all around, it's impossible to get enough of that view and in the evening the only thing you could hear were birds chirping peacefully outside. This place has everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday. Absolutely recommended and we hope to return one day.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à Javea! Nous avons été super bien accueillis à notre arrivée, le logement était nickel, encore plus beau qu'en photos! Nous avions tout à notre disposition et la maison était très bien équipée (ustensiles de cuisine, BBQ, électroménager et produits, les trois toilettes de la maison, le frigo extérieur, etc.) Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à l'extérieur, terrasse charmante et bien conçue! Mention spéciale à la très jolie piscine qui est également bien rafraîchissante! Malgré l'emplacement a priori pavillonnaire, nous avons été au calme sur toute la durée du séjour. Nous recommandons fortement et ne manquerons pas d'y revenir! N'oubliez pas l'anti moustique, il y en a beaucoup!

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in de woning van David. Alles was goed voor elkaar, schoon en netjes. De omgeving was rustig en dichtbij de stad. De communicatie met David verliep ook goed. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wauw wat een prachtige woning, om verliefd op te worden! Aan alles is gedacht, we hebben ons heerlijk thuis gevoeld. Het is bijna zonde om het huis te verlaten en de omgeving te verkennen. Contact met Loraine verloopt snel en makkelijk. Wij waren graag een paar dagen langer gebleven!

Nuestra estancia en la villa fue perfecta! Es muy grande, las habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, y estaba muy limpia y la cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinas con comodidad. El lugar genial también. Además la asistencia de Charo, fue muy amable y flexible, pues pudimos entrar más pronto y salir más tarde, sin prisas. Muchas gracias por todo!

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

What a fantastic Villa. Spotless and a beautiful view. Perfect for evening barbecues, we’ll be back.
