We enjoyed staying at the house. It was very clean and the location was great for everything we needed to do would definitely stay there again. 😀 It was nice sitting on the back porch, drinking coffee watching the ducks. 🩷🦆

Absolutely loved the Plake House!! We had our wedding here, Nicole the house manager was so accommodating to us, and even let us tour the space before our stay! She allowed us to come onsite and install garden speakers, and allowed us late check out! Really couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue, and a place for my family to stay for the whole weekend, and definitely not at the price we got it for!

Had a fabulous time. Was exactly what we needed.

Kim’s lake house is modern, clean and spacious. The kids and adults enjoyed our stay. There are two living areas so there is plenty of space to spread out! Kim was a very responsive host and was so thoughtful with accommodating our large group. Our favorite part of the home was the view of the lake. We loved being able to enjoy the lake at our own leisure. The yard was freshly mowed and well-kept. No ant mounds for us to worry about! Lake Lavon is beautiful and it was not crowded at all! We were able to kayak and paddle boat our way around to see the coves around the lake. We’d recommend this home to anyone visiting Farmersville!

5 stars! The house was absolutely wonderful — we’re definitely coming back! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning views of the lake and backyard. The open floor plan made the whole space feel so spacious and welcoming, and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. We loved the game room and really appreciated having two refrigerators — such a thoughtful touch for a group stay. But my absolute favorite was the pickleball court! Playing under the bright lights at night was such a fun bonus. And I have to say — I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was so well-stocked. You seriously don’t need to bring a thing. It had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back!

Great experience. We moved to Texas couple of months ago and was looking for a temporary living while we got our new home and our things were delivered . Pooja’s place was a phenomenal and welcomed us to Texas. We felt immediately like at home.

Very spacious and beautiful home . Easy access & large parking space (fit 2 cars with some room to spare). Accommodated 15 people well (2 large families) . Lots of games for the kids , peaceful neighborhood , Beautiful patio , and large open concept . The master bathroom was so nice and spacious . We were in town for a concert @ the Life stadium so it about a hour drive but worth being away from the busy city life & traffic. All in all would recommend .

Came to town for my sisters graduation and my parents and I stayed here with my toddler. Beautiful home that accommodated us perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The backyard was perfect for a little one to play and parents to rest. I loved the house so much I told my husband I wanted to live in it. Haha. Beautifully updated older home. Tieumy was friendly, encouraged feedback and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this stay and will rebook if I’m ever back in the area.

We loved the house and location - perfect for our get together. Large bedrooms, big living area and kitchen. Gorgeous views of the lake with easy access . Quiet street.

We drove to the lake house from Southern California to visit our daughter and grand daughters. Samantha was a gracious host, super-responsive and helpful. The house and lakeside location was a beautiful, serene getaway for us. We had lots of fun taking walks with our dogs and kayaking on the lake (our grand daughters really had a blast!). We highly recommend the Nevada lake house.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the little touches like extra towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and local recommendations. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Keith’s place was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate our group with ease. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood that made us feel right at home. Although communication with Keith wasn’t as responsive as expected, we didn’t require much assistance during our stay. The only issue we encountered was with horse flies, but considering the outdoorsy nature of the area, it wasn’t entirely unexpected. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider booking again!

Thank you Joe & Joyce for having us at your cottage. Location was just minutes from everything and we definitely got the quiet nights to rest. Highly recommend their cottage if your in the area. We will definitely be booking again!

As described the house was private and peaceful with plenty to do without leaving and spending a ton of money! I could see myself vacationing often with my whole family, because although there were only two of us it had plenty of space to share in future bookings. I vlogged the whole experience and got several requests to send the link so friends and family could book in the future. Hosts made it easy to feel comfortable and stress free! 10/10 experience for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay, we brought our little ones down by the lake where they enjoyed skipping rocks. It was very peaceful and beautiful. Ruben was very responsive and friendly the entire time, checking in if we needed anything.

This place was Amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of room and so much to do. The backyard space was huge! We loved every thing about here and plan to come back someday! Host was the sweetest & super responsive!

A beautiful home with lake view and a gorgeous pool! We had a great time catching up with friends. This house has everything and is very clean. No reason to leave the house. We will be back.

Great house with lots of things for families to do! The kids in the family absolutely loved their memories created and the adults loved seeing it happen.

Love staying at Jennifer’s place. Like the space, the proximity, the neighbors on either side, and when there was an issue Jennifer was immediately on top of it.
