Absolutely loved this place! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—the bed and linens felt luxurious. The location and price were perfect. My only minor disappointment was that the coffee pot was located in the lobby, so I couldn’t enjoy a quiet cup first thing in the morning without having to get fully ready. Still, a fantastic stay overall!

I loved my two nights here in South Bend. Babina’s place is ideal if you’re going to a show at the nearby theatre and she was very helpful and communicated well. Her house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I’ll request to stay here if I return to South Bend.

We actually didn’t get to stay due to a family emergency, but the host was very understanding and supportive. I would recommend staying there even without seeing the place lol The instructions to get into the space were great and I can tell there would have been zero issues.

AMAZING! SPECTACULAR! STUNNING! Our stay was amazing. Absolutely amazing. I don’t know how this home isn’t on everyone’s “wishlist”. We were so lucky that the home was available and with such gracious hosts! This home is everything and has everything. My family and I stayed in the lower level and we each had our own rooms and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable to sleep in. Everything was CLEAN! Like spotless. Smelled clean too! Throughout the entire home. The kitchen was immaculate 👌🏻 beyond clean with everything you can imagine. We especially loved the char glo inside where we used to grill and eat. The first night was a little chilly so this was perfect for my family and I. If you’re thinking about it, don’t, just BOOK IT! You won’t regret it! Can’t wait to come back and visit! Thank you Caitlin and crew for everything!

We had an incredible time and will definitely be back! The lake house was spacious and extremely peaceful! More importantly, the view was absolutely AMAZING! We had a big group of people and never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of space, plenty to do, more than enough bathrooms and tv's (not that you need them). The house was clean, the beds were comfy and the owner's were incredible! Their instructions were clear and they always responded quickly. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather for most of our trip, but the side patio was great when it was raining. We still got to enjoy being outside while not getting wet. On our last day, the weather was beautiful so we rented their pontoon boat. It was so nice being on the water! Would definitely recommend, even though the lake isn't that big. It's still nice just to be out on the water. I already miss the house and the memories we created. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip! Can't wait to come back!

This was perfect for our family while we attended a wedding down the road. There were all the essentials (iron, hair dryer, room fan) and the home was very cozy and well decorated. It’s a short drive to many things like the Market (prepared and fresh produce, cafe/bar, and wine/cheese shop) and the Box Factory for the Arts (awesome art gallery). We used the queen & king beds, which were comfy. I only laid on the floor full-size bed while playing with my infant, it seemed comfy and would be good for older kids/adults. Anyway, thanks again!

This is an amazing home. A touch of the old home feel with a modern touch. I love the old style homes. It's amazing that the Host kept the home as original as possible. My family and friends will be coming back again. The Host responded quickly. A storm had come through and Mary sent a message to me to make sure everything was good. We will book again in the near future. Thank you.

This is our 3rd time staying at Jim’s place. Jim is very responsive and the place is perfect for our extended family gathering.

We had a great stay in a beautiful setting. Thanks for having the kitchen stocked with all the right cooking supplies and a washer and dryer. Really appreciated the amenities.

Place was very clean and exactly as advertised. Frank was very responsive to questions and flexible to our requests. 100% would stay there again.
