House holiday rentals in Grand Baie Public Beach

Ken was very helpful with checking in and out of the property - the property had everything we needed from air conditioning, lovely showers, spacious rooms and a lovely pool. There was also extras with bath towels and snorkelling equipment one of the best host experiences we’ve had!

Raphael is a amazing host, no disruption, very private and peaceful, beach was at 2 mins walk. the place was super nice, felt right at home. would recommend for couples and family travelling to Mauritius

He organized extraordinary activities, welcomed us with incredible warmth, and gave us invaluable advice. Thanks to him, we were able to rent a carefree car and enjoy the island to the fullest. The villa is a real paradise on earth, sublime and perfectly maintained. A big thank you to Yogita for her delicious little dishes and for taking care of the house with so much dedication. This stay exceeded all of our expectations and will forever be etched in our hearts. We will be back without hesitation and recommend this place to anyone looking for a dream stay! This is a fantastic place. Everything we hoped it would be. The gates to the grounds have security. It’s very private, secure and peaceful. The place is better than the photos. Management is first class, we hade Fiona looking after us, which made the stay very relaxing, knowing support if needed is on hand. Fatima came in 3 x week to make sure the place was clean and tidy, which resembled hotel service. This is a very well run place to ensure your holiday goes the way you want it. The location is brilliant with access to Grand Baie for restaurants and beautiful scenery as well as Choisy Beach which is our favourite beach. Plenty of supermarkets around to get essentials and food, as well as shopping malls. We can’t rate this place enough.

We had a great stay for 11 days! Nash is a very responsive and friendly host just like his father who was very welcoming. The accommodation is even better than the photos knowing that we are looking for private and peaceful accommodation, which made the stay very pleasant especially by the pool. It would have been even better if the pool could be heated, especially in this winter period! Thank you very much for everything and maybe see you soon☺️

From our booking to check-out Fabien was always available to answer questions and give advice as needed. The apartment was amazing with garden and we could walk right onto the beach and ocean. Christophe was also a great help with checking-in and was always available. A+++

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. Comfy bed, and by comparison to other places in the country I’ve tried, a great shower and fast WiFi. Perhaps the only drawback is the pin location for check in isn’t the most accurate and parking could be a little better as with 2 cars parked it’s tight - still doable. But they’re small concerns compared to the plus points!

We had a glorious stay in Naila’s beautiful bungalow. The most striking thing about this property is, of course, the stunning view - it’s right on the beach as shown in the pictures. It’s also on an ideal position on the beach - towards the end - nice and peaceful without the throngs of people and hive of activity that the beach attracts in the busier periods, yet close enough to it if you want to take in some water sports or hangout at the bars and restaurants. I cherished my mornings sitting at the edge of the garden watching the waves and sipping my coffee. The bungalow was very clean, the fixtures etc seemed quite new, and everything was tastefully finished. Air-conditioning etc worked well. There are shops and a nice pizza place nearby. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Nanou’s modern villa. The place is truly special—a beautiful home in a breathtaking location, with direct access to a nearly deserted beach that felt like our own private paradise. The ocean views from the pool and terrace are absolutely stunning, and the garden is a delight to relax in. It’s clear that Nanou has thoughtfully designed the villa with guests in mind. Everything is well equipped—from the kitchen and BBQ to the fishing gear. Our boys especially loved using the bodyboards and swim fins. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Mauritius!

We had a wonderful time here. Julien’s communication was perfect, he couldn’t have been more helpful with information about the house and any questions we had whilst we were there. The beach by the house was lovely for walking and watching the sunset then we used the house as a base to visit the beaches further up the coast which were only about 25mins drive. Recommended 👍

Great stay at Nisaar's place! The location was perfect with a nice breakfast restaurant just 2 minutes away. All our needs and requests were met in a timely manner, Nisaar was responsive and helpful. The accommodation is great: ideally located, close to amenities, restaurant, beach, bus... Well equipped, there is everything you need in the accommodation. The bedding is of good quality and the towels are changed regularly. Laurent and Maria are very welcoming and attentive during the stay. Which is very much appreciated. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to return if we return to Mauritius.

Beautiful villa, new, spacious, clean, well-equipped and thoughtfully decorated. Very nice welcome from Caroline who answered all our questions, and Diya was very kind too. We enjoyed the terrace and pool, it was a very pleasant stay.

A truly incredible stay at Marie Laure's.☀️ The best value for money, well-equipped, clean accommodation, close to supermarkets such as Winners, the city of Grand Baie or restaurants in Pereybere. Easy access beach a few minutes walk from the accommodation. Marie Laure was attentive to us and flexible, very welcoming and warm. We 100% recommend this accommodation, no question. We'll be happy to go back.

Very cool location, access to the water and it's almost private! Quiet and cozy place! A large house with good beds and pillows (not high or stiff), it is always important for us) Natalia was very friendly and even cooked a welcome dinner ❤️ I really liked the terrace, very cozy! Definitely recommend!

Out stay at the Catch Up Time villa was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean and the charming, well-maintained surroundings. The villa itself is spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. There were indoor and outdoor games available which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were welcoming, attentive and made sure on daily basis that everything was OK. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for either a peaceful retreat or looking for fun with family and friends.

What a perfect location right on the beach and a beautiful bay. It is a rustic fisherman's cotage with 2 bedrooms each with its own toilet, shower and basin. Very well equiped with microwave, gas stove, pod-coffee maker, weber barbecue, beach towels etc. Dominique very graciously lent us some snorkels and diving fins which we used every day to snorkel on the reef. We viewed the most amazing sunsets (and sunrises) from the comfort of the "lounge" Which is actually a covered veranda. The veranda has electric rollers so you can close it for security. There is a cleaner that comes in every weekday morning and a security guard that patrols every night. However, we never felt unsafe. Take mosquito repellent, there are loads of mosquitoes. There is a nice supermarket called "Winners" approximately 1,2km down the road that has everything you may need. If you walk north along the beach to the next bay, you can book canoes and boat rides from the beach. Will stay here again, highly recommended.
