Holiday rentals with beach access in Gran Alacant

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Fantastic stay and we love this apartment and our expectations were more than met. The arrival instructions and videos were soo helpful and straightforward to get in. Clean , tidy and super comfy beds with the most Incredible views. So easy to get to the beach too. The pools are amazing and really recommend the Pool bar and its food menu . The host James was great and helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Want to go back already !

Everything was good. Nice and clean townhouse. It has no noise insulation but as we understood that is common issue of Spanish apartments, townhouses. Mike is responsive and helpful.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en familia,es un sitio precioso! Voy a echar mucho de menos desayunar en la terracita viendo el mar. Todo tal cual las fotos y Carmen muy detallista y pendiente de nuestro bienestar, repetiremos seguro!!!

Wir waren als 8er Mädelsgruppe über ein komplettes Wochenende in der Unterkunft von Monique. Die Unterkunft war für uns alle perfekt! Ausreichend Platz und man konnte immer schön gesellig zusammen sitzen. Alle Zimmer, Bettwäsche, Handtücher & Co. waren einwandfrei und alles war super sauber. Monique hatte uns bei Check-In auch empfangen und uns die Unterkunft gezeigt. Leicht zu finden war diese allerdings nicht sooo und die Anreise vom Flughafen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, war leider eine Katastrophe. Am besten hat man hier einen Mietwagen, andernfalls muss man viel mit Taxi/Uber lösen, wie wir. Monique hat uns aber auch angeboten uns zu holen und uns zum Flughafen bei Abreise zu fahren. Sie war wirklich unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon! :-))

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Het huis en de tuin zijn zeer schoon, netjes en functioneel. Precies zo als op de foto's. Het woningblok is heel fijn helemaal af te sluiten met een hek zodat er geen vreemden rondlopen, alleen bewoners. Het huis ligt heel centraal in een rustige wijk gelegen, dicht bij supermarkt, wegen en het vliegveld, maar daar hoor je niets van! De host reageert altijd en heel snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De binnentuin is top voor kinderen, ook daar alles keurig netjes. Wij hebben genoten van dit grote en ruime huis, alles makkelijk schoon te houden ook. De Spaanse gastvrijheid was ook heel prettig. Al met al een aanrader, je krijgt veel voor je geld.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Rosa Maria ist einfach zauberhaft! Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – sie war gefühlt rund um die Uhr erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super flexibel und perfekt und wurde auf unsere Flugzeiten abgestimmt. Insgesamt war wirklich alles top – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Rosa Maria!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Apartamento en un enclave maravilloso, con todo lo necesario , muy bien comunicado. Para repetir sin duda. La comunicación con los dueños muy fácil y muy flexibles con la llegada y la salida, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Petit logement très pratique, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans un petit espace très convivial. Le lit se déplie de l'armoire au dessus du canapé du salon, il est très confortable. La vue est très bien, le soleil est sur le balcon le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner c'est parfait. Ombre l'après midi quand il fait chaud c'est pas plus mal. Carmen est très réactive et amicale par message. Merci pour la gentille attention de la bouteille offerte en arrivant ! Je recommande ce logement très propre et idéalement placé en coeur de ville, tout se fait à pied depuis le logement. Le bus pour aller ou venir de l'aéroport et à seulement quelques mètres à la place d'à côté.
