Beachfront holiday rentals in Grad Zadar

The accommodation is close to the old town of Zadar, it is very quiet and well located. The apartment is perfectly equipped, there is nothing missing, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. On Vesna's advice, we were able to enjoy the street time festival. Thank you very much for your pleasant stay!

A perfect place to stay in a lovely city. It's incredibly central within the old town, and is literally only a couple of minutes walk to the sea, where you can go for a quick swim. Next to The Botanist, a wonderful vegan restaurant. Only 10 minutes walk (at most) to the Sea Organ - which is an absolute must-see! Josip was helpful, responsive, and incredibly kind, and the home was fully stocked with everything you could need! Very unexpected, and appreciated. 10/10 - would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Damir's place. he was a fantastic host and the home was perfectly near many amenities without having to be right in the city center.

Cosy flat in the little port in Mali Iž. We were there for a coulple of days in the end of September, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Views from the balcony on the water and the port is all you need :) Bedroom window is facing the courtyard and it was super silent, good night sleep. Kitchen is not big but has everything you need, we cooked and it was ok. The shop is literally next door. Kind hosts. We recommend it!

Spacious, bright and pleasantly furnished room with kitchenette and bathroom. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Kitchen equipment (fridge, microwave, induction hob, dishes) is sufficient. I would only add a kettle to boil water for tea. The bathroom is large with a large, comfortable shower cabin. There is a tree just outside the window, which additionally shields from the sun and makes the room more cozy. The location is very good. It's supposed to be the center, but it's quiet and peaceful. Three minutes from the bus to the airport. Contacting the host went smoothly. Josip was always kind and helpful and responded quickly to messages.

The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

Milena & Magdalena are exceptional hosts. The accommodation was clean and had everything required. The bed was comfortable. They went above and beyond to provide a peka dish and bbq equipment. The pool was clean and refreshing. The whole accommodation was beautifully manicured and kept to a high standard. I would highly recommend this accommodation in Preko on the stunning island of Ugljan.

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful cottage of Heike and Georg and would rent it again at any time. The place is as described, very personally furnished and had everything we needed. We especially liked the shady terrace, the small beach in front of the house and the possibility to barbecue (fresh fish is available in the village). If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. Communication with Heike was great. Thank you for the great time. We'll definitely be back.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, everything was clean, in great condition. The location is extremely convenient - on the edge of the centre, so the busy evening life in the town can be enjoyed after a pleasant walk within 5 minutes, but the accommodation is quiet and private. Mrs. Vesna is very welcoming, attentive and caring. Highly recommended!

We were in Zadar for almost 6 days in the accommodation of Slavica & Petar. The check-in was already very comfortable, as we landed late in the evening and a late self check-in was possible. The apartment invites you to feel good with its cleanliness and beautiful furnishings. The residential area is right on the water and the old town is about a 25-minute walk away. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance. There are two beaches in the immediate vicinity of the property. A slightly larger beach can be found by means of a longer walk or a cheap Uber ride near the old town (Kolovare beach). Communication was smooth and friendly at all times. A real recommendation if you want to go on holiday in Zadar!

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Beautiful villa with a warm hostess. Apartment 3 on the 2nd floor is huge for 2 people. The balcony with sea view invites you to linger. Good location directly on the sandy beach of Jaz. Everything is within walking distance. In the preseason, you can spend a nice and quiet holiday there. Many thanks to the dear hostess.
