Very warm hosting!! The owners have great tips for activities and are very welcoming. The accommodation is spacious and very clean for 5 people with magnificent views of the sea as well as the island!! Thank you and looking forward to seeing you again!!

We stayed at the property for a week with four people. A contact person was on site every day and therefore easily accessible. The welcome was warm. The house is directly on the sea. The water is clean and crystal clear and bathing is a dream. The street in the back of the house and traffic did not bother us. It is not possible to reach a place on foot, so you are dependent on a car for excursions (Zadar 60km & 1.5h; Karlobag 25km, 30min are the nearest larger places with shopping). There is a parking space in front of the door. There were about 1.5 hours without shade on the premises every day. We just wanted to come down, relax and bathe in the sea and were able to do this perfectly. It was a very relaxing week without great activities in a very nice place. We can recommend the place to anyone who doesn't expect more than rest and thank the hostess.

Me and my family, had a fantastic holiday in the Budinski apartment, which is even more beautiful when you see it live. It offers a wonderful sea view and has a private pool and gourmet kitchen and a gas grill and offers many possibilities. There is a lot of restaurant and supermarket in the area and everything you need to have a very quiet and happy holiday. 😎 ️ a negative point was, the internet does not work or did not connect 🛜 and the TV was the same. Otherwise, everything was great .

Very nice and practically furnished apartment. Guaranteed parking space. Outside, you can use the barbecue, which is useful when you buy fresh fish. Mirjana and her husband are very kind and helpful. We were in the last week of June, so it was still peaceful what we wanted. The apartment is located in the very center of Simuni, literally on the bay, so there are also restaurants right next to it. You can walk to the water right next to the apartment or take a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Vir is a very nice place with clear water, pleasant beaches, good walking trails in the closeby wilderness. The towns on the island are quiet and pleasant. People are friendly. The host is nice and friendly, always ready to help. She provides a lot of local information. Definitely very pleasant stay.

Very cozy, well-equipped apartment with huge balcony with stunning ocean views. Good location also for trips to Zadar, Nin etc. Perfect with two small children. Small beach can be reached in 5 minutes. We felt right at home. Mihael is a great host who responded very quickly to our questions. We'll definitely be back.

The property and the location were really fantastic. The house is directly on the sea, with private access to the water and a terrace with insanely beautiful views. With a little luck, you can even see dolphins here. The owners who live in the separate basement are extremely friendly and always helpful. All in all, the perfect place to enjoy the sea in peace and soak up the sun.

The cottage was exactly as described. The kitchen was very clean and perfectly equipped. The AC has done a good job. The outdoor seating as well as the loungers make the stay pleasant. The proximity to the sea is perfect with children. Contact on arrival was very eager and friendly. Overall full score, highly recommended.

Spent 7 days at this place and it was wonderful. Super quiet place, beach is lovely for families and in 2 mins walking distance. Restaurant Dupin has awesome food. Ana's place was clean, spaceous and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Spectacular location right next to a small beach cove with amazing views. Lots of great spots outside to relax, eat etc. Accommodation comfortable and immaculately clean.

The location is simply fantastic - quiet, picturesque and perfect for relaxation. Jelena is an incredibly friendly and warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on cleanliness and comfort here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

Davorka and Mladen were hosting us as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. Even better as we have expected. We loved the perfect house including the lovely terrace and the very clean beach/sea directly in front of it. If you are looking for a quiet and authentic airbnb we definitely reccomend a stay in Kosljun. So go for it…

Upon arrival, we were there earlier than check-in allowed in, yet we were immediately welcomed by Suzana and accompanied to the apartment. She explained everything and answered all questions. We were able to enjoy our holiday earlier! For all other matters, Sazana Jagoda's mother was always there. She is always friendly and helpful. Super great vacation! The house, the area and the tranquility to come down are perfect for families or groups. Would recommend to anyone!

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Really nice view with great host. Private pool with the three other apartments and private access to a really nice bathing spot in the Adriatic ocean.

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

The apartment and outdoor space is cozy and perfectly equipped, it is perfectly clean and we felt great in it. Zrinka is a very attentive and sensitive host. We were absolutely satisfied! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Very nice hostess who lives on the upper floor of the house. She welcomed us with a liquor and also provided Tiramisu. Despite living in the house, we had our privacy. We felt very comfortable.
