The hostess is a very nice, likeable woman. She responded very quickly to our concerns. The house is super nice, very spacious and decorated with a lot of love. In addition, we can highly recommend her restaurant, which was by far the best in the area for us. Excellent, we are grateful that we chose this house.

The house is phenomenal. Everything is new and nicely equipped. A lot of natural materials such as real wood and stone have been implemented, which we liked very much. It's very well-equipped with the little things you need every day and appliances like the dishwasher, weš machine, dryer, toasters, cafe machines... Cleanliness is at a very high level, and we also got 3 towels and a bathrobe per person. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea, the pool with really strong massage jets, the grill, and everything. Povljana is a wonderful place to rest with a sandy and pebble beach, a beautiful promenade, palm trees and clear waters. Everything is within walking distance. The hosts are very nice and friendly, we could have contacted them for anything. The house is large, contains 3 apartments (2 smaller and 1 larger) that are connected by an interior staircase, and we were all connected inside, and if anyone wanted intimacy, they could be separated. Parking is ample and free. On the ground floor there is a large terrace with a table for 14 people. Place to stay for 5☆! We're coming back!

For me, the place was perfect. Comfortable and cozy apartment for a family of 4. On the border of the old town, you leave the house directly into the old town and at the same time easily park your car in front of the door. Within a 10-minute walk is everything you need: restaurants, shop, and the beach. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. Fast internet. Hosts will help with everything, they are very kind and communicative.

Paola was extremely generous and kind to us, as her guests. I got unfortunately sick a few days before our trip and we needed to reschedule for a one week, without any problem and charges! Our dog was also welcomed and treated so nice too! 🐺 On our way back in our home country were suddenly floods and storms, so we needed to stay and extend for two extra nights in order to safely return, also without any problem! 🍀 We are lucky enough to find this place and beautiful people here, thank you so much! 🤩🏝️ With all the best wishes 💙 Albert&Adela with Destiny 🐺

Maja was an incredibly friendly hostess. She was already waiting for us on the street and warmly welcomed us with her husband and son. We felt at home in the accommodation. It was as described in the photos and very quiet. The private beach access was the highlight of the place. It was great that the property was mostly fenced, so our dogs could walk around without hesitation. Maja also warned us about the thunderstorm that was coming our way and answered any questions quickly and super friendly at any time. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything, dear Maja!

The location is simply fantastic - quiet, picturesque and perfect for relaxation. Jelena is an incredibly friendly and warm hostess, with whom you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on cleanliness and comfort here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

All in all, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and is just the thing if you are looking for a quiet balance to the stressful everyday life. It is very quiet and in the middle of nature! The fact that the landlady (mother) was on site was a great enrichment. You always had a good conversation and great support in planning the excursions, etc. The only important thing: without a car/rental car, the accommodation is difficult to reach. Feel free to plan it in order to get the best out of the stay.

The place and the infrastructure are perfect. Everything can be reached on foot. The rooms are spacious and very clean. In any case, the house is large enough for 9 people. The view in the evening should be emphasized. One likes to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sunset. The contact on site was very courteous and always available. Only small drawback, the artificial grass gets hot relatively quickly. We were very satisfied with our stay and can highly recommend the house.

Petar is a great host and everything was exactly as described. The house is spacious, very comfortable, clean, there’s everything you need and the garden is just amazing - it’s very private and peaceful. Plus it’s so close either to the shop or to the town center and beaches. Hope to come back again some day.

A villa perfect for a group of friends, a pool, a grill, lots of space inside and out. You can see that the villa has its years, but the price is reasonable. Very good communication with the agency and the person on the property.

Upon arrival, we were there earlier than check-in allowed in, yet we were immediately welcomed by Suzana and accompanied to the apartment. She explained everything and answered all questions. We were able to enjoy our holiday earlier! For all other matters, Sazana Jagoda's mother was always there. She is always friendly and helpful. Super great vacation! The house, the area and the tranquility to come down are perfect for families or groups. Would recommend to anyone!

The house is super nice and modern. Bright and airy. Located on a private road, so there isn't a ton of 'vacation noise'. Great private pool and close to great beach and dining. Janin has been nice to help us with everything.

We stayed at Antonio’s place in February 2025 with a toddler. Everything was as described - modern, clean and functional. The apartment had two ACs which where able to heat the whole space so I believe they would cool down in summer just perfectly. Antonio answered all our questions promptly. We felt just like at home.

Danijela is extremely friendly and welcoming, already upon arrival she equipped us with all the information about local delicacies and hidden authentic locations. We've never met such a kind hostess, baking great homemade pastries for guests is a real phenomenon! Her dedication is also reflected in clean and soul-furnished apartments. We recommend staying at the accommodation to any nature lovers who would like to get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy the cool of pine and black oak trees, play pingpong and find a private bay nearby! Our stay is Pag was absolutely lovely! The host was incredibly responsive and friendly! It was a fantastic location as it was a close walk to all that Pag had to offer. The host provided highly detailed directions to both the apartment and the parking lot. There is a funky/steep staircase to get up to the apartment so keep that in mind, but it provided a lot of laughs for my friend and I. We felt very safe as two female travelers and would absolutely return to Pag and stay in this apartment a second time.

I think many things were adequate condition and accommodations. The landlord helped us in a lot and was proactive. The place was in a great location. Only the details weren't really cool, but you're going to a place for such a price and not for zealous money. Very good parking and access, by being on the ground floor. Very cool patio, sufficient kitchen equipment, towels for a place to stay. Maybe just that they weren't "sharpened knives". So really minor things. What we loved next was a lot of storage space. Clean new cloths and sponge. The laundry basket was very stung. Possible minuses- small things- cold tile - unsharpened knives -Open the door- the key and lock would be replaced already, it only worked in a certain position. - salt, spices were missing.... - neglected neighborhood of apartment house Pros: - great place, close to the center and the beach. - great place on the island, though it was raining elsewhere, not here - parking - kitchen amenities - good fridge - nice bed - baby cot - air conditioning - good communication from the host

We had a great stay in Sanja's place! The location is perfect, the beach is right around the corner, there's a shop nearby, and few amazing kid-friendly beaches. The place is very quiet and peasful, and it's equipped with everything you might need! If you want to get a good relaxing time with your family (and doggo), we highly recommend you to go there!

Pavao and his wife were amazing, drove us when we arrived from the airport and from the shop when we had bags. They were so nice and the apartment was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Gave us wine and fruit for when we arrived as well. Area is beautiful and nice for relaxing. Great experience and would recommend.
